Food was good but there was a long wait. Sadly I seemed to have been served faster than a couple of people who arrived and ordered prior to me.
Other than the wait, food was good and restaurant was busy. It was also rush hour and dinner time so I would expect some delays based on that but not any busier than other places I have eaten in.
If in the area again would eat there again to give another chance. Food was hot so was freshly made.

Amador Dasher and I went through the drive-thru thinking that the order will be ready when the lady told me that it would take 50 minutes for the food to be ready because they only had one fryer and she told me in a rude attitude way that I could just go ahead and cancel the order which doordash is part of my pay that I need….if they are gonna have issues with the machinery then they need to be shut down

Ever in my life eat here again. I come in there at least two or three times out of the week if not every other day when I get off work and I’ll give me something to eat and I’ll have problems with managers and employees. They are so rude at this place. I have never been talked to the way that some of these managers have talked to me. They had an issue with they messed up in order and gave me somebody else’s. I came back in. They were busy I get it, but I wouldn’t even talking to the manager, I was talking to the lady at the register. She looked at me and said that manager in the window said I don’t care about customers on front line because I’m working drive-through and I have to get the orders out I wasn’t even making a stink about nothing. I wasn’t even talking to the manager. The young lady was fixing to fix the problem and give me the right order. I even offered to replace the other person‘s meal because I took it and they said no that they would redo it. I said OK then I’ll go not a walk in adult don’t look at nobody. I don’t talk to nobody and all of a sudden I hear from the back I hope that you got the right order and that you didn’t pick up somebody else else’s. I didn’t say nothing but I got mine. I know how to read.Mine was the only order sitting up there picked it up and I walked out. This will be the last time. I have not lived here long and I absolutely love KFC every time I go in there I have a problem with either a person on front line or that manager that is there there’s a couple of them that are so rude and nasty like they don’t like talking to people and it’s just an inconvenience of their whole day because they had to come and talk to somebody and fix an order. I know this will be the absolutely last time that I ever use you to get food after a long day of work because the way that y’all talk to people and treat people and then the food that y’all give at night is not even cool. Y’all give food that has been sitting there for so long and that’s hard and cold so I’m sure if I take a picture. The wedges will be cold. Biscuit will be cold and never fails but I don’t complain. I eat it and I go about my day because it is 6 o’clock at night and I’m starving and I’ll go home and go to bed and do it all over again like this is ridiculous. I don’t understand how this place is still open with the amount of disrespectful people that work in there.

People told me not to go there late or on weekends, but I didn’t listen.
My nuggets were old, cold, and overcooked. My bowl had the wrong kind of chicken in it, just a shredded chicken finger. My biscuit had been there a while waiting for an owner.
The mashed potatoes were fine, at least. :[

Waited over an hour to get a mobile order. Couldn’t get a refund since I ordered through the mobile app. Two employees seemed to know what they were doing and care but I do not recommend using the app to order from this location! Drive thru was moving right along and folks dining in came and went while all the mobile order queue just waited sadly and hungry.

I order through the mobile app at 5:45pm to pick up at 6:00pm. Got there at 6:05pm and the order was not ready. I waited until about 6:10pm to go in, the app still showing be prepared, and the person told me was being worked on. It is now 6:20 and the same person said let me check on it, it had not even been started on so he finally got my order ready at 6:30.A couple came in and ate their food while I was waiting for my order. This is so unacceptable and a good way to continue to lose business. The food was good, I always enjoy KFC but this type of service is uncalled for.

I ordered the 6 wings snack through door dash once I got my food the wings were dry and hard to the point of me not being able to eat them at all. The only thing I could eat was the mashed potatoes. Tried calling them they would pick up and hang up every time. I have no plans of ever eating her again

The Florence, AL location is RIDICULOUSLY slow. The food is good but there is never a time where you don’t wait at the very least 15-20 minutes for your food. Today I waiting 28 minutes for 8-pc saucy nuggets and an order of potato wedges and was late getting back to work just 2 blocks over. Something needs to change at this location or they’re going to lose a lot of business. All of my coworkers have been late trying to get lunch there as well. KFC, do better.

First of all if you can’t go inside. Second, going through the drive-thru the speaker doesn’t work so you have to go to the window which is understandable. I get that. And then you get to the window and you try to pick up your online order and you get pulled and then you check your order and it looks like crap and they’ve also forgotten a couple items so you go back around to the window and they try to tell you that it’s in your bag and that they saw it. It is clearly not. You go through the entire bag in front of them they’re like “oh, I’ll get that for you”. I was like okay thank you. I paid for it and then I look at the rest of what we ordered and it is overcooked and itty bitty. If you’re that understaffed hire somebody! There’s plenty of people out here that need jobs. Need to do better!
