Rude. I ordered ahead. Drove through the drive thru to pick it up. Claimed there was no app order. I had it on my phone as ready. I tried to explain. She would talk over me and tell me that I had to come inside. I tried explaining that I had a broken foot that is why I ordered ahead. She spoke over me again. I parked to go in. I got in there and my order had been ready sitting on the counter. I get it and start to go out when I noticed it was wrong. Then I have to wait for the correct order to be fixed. They did not have sauces that I paid for. Just rude & unprofessional. It wasn’t like they were busy. 1 table and no one in the drive thru. No reason for them to act this way to customers. I will not be back.

Sat in drive thru for several minutes without a greeting or anything. I finally said hello for a second time and a lady comes on an says I said give me a moment. I said no you didnt she says yes I did I again so no you did not but ok she says yes I did during which a manl comes on and says go ahead with your order. Before i can say anything she the comes back to say I only have dark meat available…. I finally say I dont want a anything she goes on to say ok well sorry.

Dining experience at this KFC was terrible. Food was almost inedible it was so old and cold Service was basically nonexistent. Could barely hear the cashier due to workers talking over one another loudly in an inappropriate conversation.

This restaurant really just need to close down. It is poorly ran and for the life of me you can never go to this restaurant and get a whole wings meals. It doesn’t matter what day or time I go they always say they don’t have the whole wings. Been a while since I’ve been to KFC. It would seem that some things have had a big change. Sides are smaller. I had maybe a teaspoon of gravy on the mashed potatoes, not even enough for the small amount of potatoes. Chicken fingers not crispy. And the biscuits aren’t much bigger than a silver dollar.
The restrooms was disgusting. And the toilet set broken. My 5 yr old refused to use it. Said he’d wait. Won’t return here.

Ridiculously small pieces of chicken especially considering the price. No extra pieces to account for the size or anything!I was told that this is what they are sent, and all of the pieces are small. I spent $30+tax for 10 pieces of fun-size chicken, 3 large sides, and a beverage bucket. Hopefully, we can fill up on the sides.
