When you order delivery, you actually want what you order and not something different. I don’t know if there are people there that can’t read. But I paid for my order to be correct and it wasn’t.!!!! And instead of actually contacting people when they have a lot of bad reviews to give them credit, they leave the exact same message for every review. I promise I will not be back!!!

Had an online pickup order that was supposed to be ready by 5. I showed up on time and didn’t get my food until over an hour later. The service was absolutely horrible. I stood at the counter for over ten minutes until someone came to the counter. So if you plan on ordering chicken from a place, don’t consider this place. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

This was the absolute worst experience for fast food I have ever had! I made my online order, which the app said would be ready in ten minutes and headed for KFC. I arrived fifteen minutes later and entered the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window my order was not ready. I ended up having to walk up to the drive thru window for several items they forgot to put in and in one of the meals, looked like a half eaten biscuit I will never return or waste my money here.

I usually dont write reviews but this kfc was in complete turmoil. The order was wrong left out a complete meal cost me 10 dollars. The potatoes still had flakes in it. Total I spent $50 for nothing the food tasted awful..kfc has been going down hill for awhile now but I won’t go back. I guess bojangles is where we will get our chicken from now on.

Ridiculously small pieces of chicken especially considering the price. No extra pieces to account for the size or anything!I was told that this is what they are sent, and all of the pieces are small. I spent $30+tax for 10 pieces of fun-size chicken, 3 large sides, and a beverage bucket. Hopefully, we can fill up on the sides.

I ordered lunch for myself and my coworkers; most everything was fine, although my mashed potatoes had gravy on it that I asked not to be included, and my biscuit wasn’t fully cooked (doughy in the middle). My biggest complaint, though, is that my friend got charged double for a product, and the store wouldn’t honor the price that was advertised online for the same item and location. When I got back to work, my friend tried calling 4 different times but never even got through to try to get it straightened out. I think we’re done with KFC, or at least the Beltline Rd location.
