Ordered food for 8 people. Ribs, Brisket and moist brisket. Paid extra for moist and what we ended up with was not moist. The brisket was lean brisket that had been sitting it a serving tray from what seems to be lunch. Spent a lot of money for inedible brisket that the restaurant or door dash will not claim. If you would like to resolve the issue. Please contact me about order #124. The asst mgr has my phone number.
The sad part is for the memorial store as my wife (who ordered this meal) places corporate orders multiple times a week is removing earls from the rotation.

So you dont charge for moist? See the receipt. So the quality was great before doordash picked it up? It only took the driver a short time to get to our location once they picked it up. The gm contacting me by phone would be a great idea.

Ordered chopped brisket sandwich to go about 30 minutes before close. Had to throw it in the trash. It was gross. The bun was burnt and tasted acrid. The meat looked old and dark, and was dried out. They forgot to give me my drink. (And I forgot to ask for it.) Customer should get quality food regardless of time of day. They were too busy closing to serve quality food. I don’t recommend this location.

What a disaster of a meal!! Ordered a chopped brisket sandwich meal, which we got a blob of meat and a piece of toast. Ordered a 2 meat dinner, instead of pulled pork , we got shredded chicken and smoked sausage. It was so dry and tough I was able to chew it better without my partials in !!
Oh, and we added a 10$ side of fried okra, guess what… Never got !!!

Wow!! Impressive “rib palace”!! Got the Earl’s combo… mouth-watering ribs & brisket, -Perfectly cooked!! Superb mustard po’salad and generous portion of okra.

Worst ribs I have ever had. They were dry, tasted like they had be reheated, and were several days old.
Staff was friendly and quick to take our order. Atmosphere was nice with decorations, but the tables are super close together.
Overall the food was a major letdown. Seasoned fries were bland, eggs were hard and old, and expected more flavor. The toast was actually really good.

Love the decor. Sports are usually playing on the tvs. The food is delicious and everyone is very nice. Earl’s Binge gives you a good selection of meats to enjoy and you can’t go wrong with some fried okra. If you’re looking for something smaller, their cheddar cheeseburger is good too.

OMG!!!! I cannot praise this business enough. First time I ate there. I got an order to go. I had the Big Earl… It came with 2 meats (ribs and slicked brisket, moist) Side Salad, Corn on the Cob, and toasted Bread. There were 3 big ribs, not those stubby all bone things. There was like 5 slices of moist brisket. I huge side salad with Ranch dressing. A toasted bread (toasted on both sides), and a corn on the cob, not them little rinky dinky things either, A WHOLE Corn on the Cob!!!! When I picked it up I asked her if she was sure that was my order because it was so heavy, LOL. She made sure there was a bag inside with napkins, utensils and all the condiments I needed. When I went home, it was so much I had to save the rest for dinner later on. And the Taste… was worth the wait… It was Awesome, They will have my repeat business, for sure. Thank You Earls!!!!

This restaurant has good BBQ at a reasonable price. I got the daily lunch special which was turkey, sausage, and two sides. The turkey was meh, sausage was good, and the Mac n cheese and okra were both very good. Service at the counter was friendly and fast. I left very full, and would probably come back to try some more of the ribs and brisket.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and had them add chopped brisket… let me tell you, this was the best burger I’ve had in a long time! Service is excellent, food is even better, and not over priced like most other BBQ establishments! If you want some great food and leave in a meat coma. Earl’s is the place!
