The only reason I love this store is because of the manager named Lavoris. He makes his customers feel like family. He makes sure your food is fresh. The store can be busy and yet he still greets everyone the same with kindness. To be honest you don’t see this anymore but at chick fil-a. Lavoris is different he is the only reason I come to this store. If I don’t see his car outside I don’t stop.

Horrible is an understatement. How is this place still open? Please for the love of God close this place and put a Popeyes here or something. KFC is terrible in general but this one is just depressing. Rude staff the lobby is always disgusting. Employees literally telling people to go eat somewhere else. I’d really like to see what the Health Inspection rating is on this place. The whole restaurant is in dire need of repair and a good cleaning. There was black mold in the drain of the drink station and the bathrooms were disgusting.
Surprisingly, my food was good and hot. I just don’t think I would want to see where it was cooked.

I’m going to start by sharing my
ORDER NO. 8298521. I know the restaurant is on the struggle bus, but it’s the only KFC close by, so I gave it a shot. I ordered online, because I was hopeful to get fresh chicken. Well, when I arrived, I realized I had to go inside to retrieve my order…in the rain. There was maybe one other car there. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:11, I arrived at 2:06. The lady who waited on me was very sweet, and she earned the only star here. When she handed me my bags, she said, “is there anything else you need?” I said, “some sauces for my chicken tenders..” which was part of the order. I got a 4 piece meal with a side and a drink, 8piece chicken bucket with 8piece tenders, 2 mashed potatoes, coleslaw and 4 biscuits. When I got home 20 minutes later, I realized why she looked at me funny when I asked for sauces. Because there were NO CHICKEN TENDERS…ZERO…ZILCH…NADA.
The 8 pieces of chicken we got were either fried in old grease or reheated one too many times, and I only got one order of mashed potatoes. To top it off, no one answers when I try to call. It’s raining, and the traffic is unreal. I wi t be driving back. I guess I’ll be cooking dinner tonight and literally threw $40 in the trash. I am beyond irritated…hangry…and tired.

Place should be shut down. I’ve never actually eaten here because the drive thru and/or dining room have been randomly shut down on the 3 times I’ve gone. Employees were on the inside reporting saying that service was limited or shut down on each occasion. As of October 2025 the place looks unkept from the outside. I definitely wouldn’t try now.

Customer service was atrocious. Went through the drive thru and you could tell the girl working the window had no interest in providing any kind of good service whatsoever. I won’t even say she “seemed” annoyed because I know… she WAS annoyed that anyone showed up to order food. How dare us.
That would’ve been ok if the food was remotely good. We got the NEW!!! KFC chicken nuggets but I’ll tell you they were anything but new. They were day old bottom of the fry basket new. I’ve attached a picture. I get it, it was Sunday evening, it’s probably not ideal to be working a KFC window when you could be home relaxing, but why accept the job if that is going to be your attitude.
The only bright spot was the young gentleman who brought my food out to my car and happily ran back in to grab sauce I forgot to ask for as I was asked to pull forward to “wait” for day old bottom of the fry basket nuggets and a “famous bowl”.
Just do better KFC. Quality fast food with a smile and good customer service is not hard.

I ordered the $55 family meal. Drove home and noticed they never put the 8 biscuits or a side in the bag. I called them & expressed what happened. Nicely but irritated I drove 20 minutes back to KFC. When I pulled in the drive thru, the man at the window opened it with a mouth full of food, looking confused then proceeded to give me the missing food. I drive off a little but decided to check it 1st. There was only 4 biscuits. Now I’m aggravated! I go back & say there still isn’t 8 BISCUITS in here. He holds his hands up & say IM NOT THE ONE WHO MADE IT! I’m thinking it doesn’t matter who made it, there was NO ONE else in the drive thru when I 1st got there nor when I came back. So what’s the problem??? I seriously believe they are not giving everybody they food on purpose and is eating it in the store! Not to mention it was 16 pieces in the bucket. It was 10-12 pieces. Get NEW WORKERS AND A NEW MANAGER ASAP! People that care about doing the job right!
