Visit was around 4:30 p.m. Dining area was closed, for some reason, only drive thru. Ordered 2- 3 piece fried chicken orders that cost $17.00. Paid extra for white pieces, and requested fries (they were out of fries?? What fast food restaurant runs out of fries? This one.) Ordered fried okra instead, along with coleslaw. Ordered a diet Coke, once again, they were out of this, as well. Arrived home to discover that both orders were dark meat only. Serving of okra on both orders were around 6-8 pieces, skimpy, as was the coleslaw. No biscuits in order. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with paying this amount of $$ for the quality and quantity. I won’t be visiting this location again!

They were out of chicken sandwiches and fries so I ordered 4 chicken tenders, only to find out that they only had 3 chicken tenders. When I finally got my food I realized they gave me a coke when I asked for a sweet tea. And to top it all off the chicken was tiny and very dry. By far one of my worst fast food experiences.

This is the worst KFC restaurant I have been so far. They closed different time than normal. When I asked, they ignored me. When I order the food from the app, they said they could do nothing because they close. I have to call KFC instead. I waited on the line to get the refund for 1 hour but nothing shows up. The worst.

First and last time to visit this place. I spent almost $15 and had to throw most of it away. Chicken wasn’t good, biscuit was cold, and potatoes were crammed into a tiny plastic container. Covid regulations not followed. Girl at window pulled down her mask to talk to me. Everything was touched! I was not impressed! My grandson just wanted the bucket and it cardboard! We won’t be back!

Lately my disabled son has enjoyed the 2 for 5 chicken wraps. Today we happen to be in the Homewood area so when he mentioned them I went to the KFC on Greensprings Highway. They took our order, asked us to go to the front and park. I assumed it was to cook the chicken fresh which was fine. We’ve received our food in a reasonable amount of time, no problem. 2 of the wraps seemed OK. A little underdone, but eatable. The other 2 were way under done, totally uneatable. None seemed hot like they were fresh cooked so I’m not sure why they had me pull forward. Just make sure your chickens done before you get home.
