Do not work or eat here. Their kitchens are nasty and they don’t give their workers a break or the free meal they offer during the interview. Also once you decide to leave they won’t pay you and will claim that they will mail your check out but nothing comes. Then if you say you’ll take them to the labor board they want to get mad and try to say we’ll I’m short staffed.

Do NOT order from this restaurant. Ordered all my food and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they’re out of everything. Staff was NOT polite, then again the bums are working for minimum wage at the Talladega Alabama KFC….I probably wouldn’t be polite either.

Took forever to get to place my order. When we do finally get up there to order,lady ask what want then she tells me I need to hold. Technically differently can’t take my order right then. Went she finally does Finally take my order ,she talks instead of give people’s out and take next person’s food. Finally got to window she informs they don’t have chicken tenders, hello, u took my order awhile ago, and did not tell that to me when I ordered. They hadn’t run out of chicken tenders. Finally got our food and leave. Wasn’t happy with the visit.

The food quality is consistent with the KFC brand. The drive through was the only choice for service (Nov 2021). The prices were quite higher than I had expected. The service time was time was reasonable.

The worst service ever! It took 10 minutes waiting on a pot pie that was to go. After 10 minutes I asked her how much longer she kept saying 1 minute again and again. It will end up taking much longer than I thought. Also everyone in the back acted confused and like they were did not know what they were doing. A couple of the workers were arguing about getting some food out did someone else that was at the window. It was definitely not a pleasant experience
