We pull up at 7 30. Wait in line for them to take my order with only 1 car in front of me. There’s a sign that says they close at 8 due to short staffing. They let me sit at the drive through without answering until 7:59. I pulled up to the drive through window.. that had a sign on the window that says open until 8:30. The lady come to the window and very rudely said we close at 8 o’clock! I told her I have been waiting before 8. She said “Seriously?!?!” Took my order and said she was out of sides.. only fries and mash potatoes. Then yelled to a coworker how she’s not afraid to go to corporate about their issues.
I was more than understanding about short staffing, even the extremely long wait time. However when I found out that it was intentional to try to beat the clock to close that’s unacceptable. I’d imagine the business owners would appreciate as much business as possible. The woman’s name was Rebecca.. at least that’s what the cashier receipt says. If she’s the face of the company I dont expect that location to stay open very long. IT’S A SHAME!
In the end I ended up with chicken…that’s really the only silver lining of this.

Pulled into the drive through and 3 cars were ahead of me. As I watched each car drive off then it was my turn to order. Waited 20 minutes and no one would answer the order station, so I pulled forward and there was no one working. I my opion the employees were hiding so the didn’t have to work and still get paid for it. Not away to run a business. Everyone stay away from this place, they truely suck!!!!!

Do not order from KFC Springville using the mobile app. They will be closed when you get there an hour before closing time. The manager will tell you to come back but they will be closed when you try an hour before closing time. They will give you phone numbers to call where no one will answer and no one will call back. Your credit card will be charged and you will not be able to get a refund.

I went threw the drive thru here and it was awesome she was so nice at helping me with my order and I know I asked a lot of questions but she still kept that sweet voice and professnal so thank you Ms.Rebecca for making my day and giving me a great experience i travel from Birmingham to this KFC because we have no livers. Ordered the $30 fill up which was terrible. Received 8 pieces of dark meat. No white meat at all. When I called to check was told should have 4 pieces of white meat. Told I could come back for a free meal but was home and did not want to go back.

For a KFC so small and without a dining area open is very friendly and professional when it comes to welcoming customer’s in there dining room… Franklin is especially nice and warm and friendly to my kids when I come in..and I visit at least 3 times a month…love the place
