Every time you come here this kfc is always out of something. I stopped today on my work route and tried to order a pot pie , ahhh No, We are Out Well what can you do, I left ordered at a restaurant across the street. I wish they order enough product or borrow from another. If it’s on the menu it should be available. Any way no worries thank God for other restaurants

The drive thru lady was professional and polite. She informed me I would have a short wait due to the specialty of my order before she completed the transaction. I expected the wait and didn’t mind. I had just left a different KFC location where the guy was very rude. Thank you Leeds for your kindness.

Went for dinner bc I’ve had food poisoning and this is the first meal I’ve had post being sick. Sat at the drive through for about 5 minutes and no one ever came over the speaker. Finally I said, “hello” to which the guy working the drive through replies very aggressively, “ma’am I said how can I help you like 3 times” then was very rude when I got up to the window.

Walked inside…totally ignored for quite some time. It was almost laughable how 4 employees did all they could do to avoid eye contact. When business slows they will blame everyone but themselves.

I’ve been to several KFC locations over the years, but this one deserves a definite plus from me. The food was decent, though I do miss the potato wedges, which they’ve replaced with regular fries (not quite the same!).
What really stood out, though, is that they got my entire order correct. That may not sound like much, but for me, it’s a big deal. At most KFCs I’ve visited, something is usually off, missing items, wrong sides, etc. and I often don’t realize until I’m already home. But this location got everything right. Maybe it was just a one-off, but still, it’s a rare win in my book.
Also, in general, I’ve found KFC’s customer service to be solid. Even when mistakes happen, as long as you call in and keep your receipt, they’re usually willing to make it right. That kind of attitude goes a long way.
Overall, this location impressed me more than others, and that’s worth noting.

Horrible service sat in drive thru 20 minutes with nobody in front of me they came to speaker and said I’ll be right with you and never came back for 20 minutes. And it was 1hr 30 minutes before closing

The sign on the door says close at 10 PM, and I arrived at 9:35. Doors locked. No service. Great experience. And I went to Popeyes afterwards. Arrived at 9:45, 15 minutes before their closing time which is also at 10. And they are open. Maybe this two stores are in two different time zones.

Second time that my husband and I have attempted to eat at KFC recently. We’re the kind of people that like to sit inside and eat. BOTH times the lobby door has been locked with no sign. Last time around 5 and today at 6. Today there were two employees just sitting there looking as we got soaked from the rain and nothing. I mean soaked, torrential downpour. Hair, clothes and shoes making me look like I went swimming. Can’t tell if the reason why I never see anybody at KFC is because y’all pretend y’all are closed or if the food isn’t that good. Couldn’t tell ya since I have yet to eat there. Might as well fire everyone in there bc clearly they don’t want to work. S/O to Popeyes for the fast service, fresh food and good customer service.

Got 12 piece family meal. The chicken was awesome and the biscuits where awesome too and so was the mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw.. Totally different people working there now. At the Leeds KFC. Will definitely eat here a gain soon.
