There is a long list of items to complain about. Service was very slow. I was told they were short handed, no sorry. The app said my order was ready but I had to go inside. The person at the oven was nice but overwhelmed. They were using a press to make the pizza. What a waste. The pizza was over done and it took an additional 35 minutes to get my pizza after waiting 15 after I ordered it. I will never go to this Dominos again.

Maybe I could’ve saved the frustration if I read the reviews first. But I placed a delivery order online and that experience wasn’t bad. My order was placed and was told it would be about 20-25 minutes. About an hour later, still no food and I realize I didn’t get a confirmation text or number. So I call back and now they have no record of me even placing the order and the person I spoke to wasn’t there. I looked at my card statement and my phone had been charged the order amount but then refunded. There was no attempt to let me know my order was cancelled and not going to arrive. And no attempt to make it right after waiting an hour for the food we thought we’d have!

Let’s see whether it be the burnt food, or the fact that the knife cannot cut all the way through a piece of bread, maybe the missing toppings? either just shows the incompetence of the employees or their hatred of their jobs
(Update:) so I’m staying at the hotel nearby, I thought I’d give them one more chance… I had a pizza with extra cheese, no extra cheese, no bacon. again…. The pasta I paid for barely cover the bottom of the container, there was like 12 noodles, a couple pieces of spinach, and like four tomatoes… They got the salad dressing right, but they gave me the wrong salad….
I don’t understand. I get people get busy, companies are understaffed, so forth and so on, but if you don’t want to do your job, why take it out on paying customers? I thought maybe they were upset about the tip I gave, which was 15% each time for them to drive literally a minute down the road. So I don’t know what would be the complaint there.
They’ve literally managed to burn, mess up, completely disregard, every single order I’ve had. I’ve been nothing but polite, I’ve not complained once, and yet awful service, awful burnt food with missing toppings and skimpy portions. Management needs to reconsider being the manager. I’m going to call corporate at this point. Hopefully when I get home I can actually get a good order, because these people just do not care.

Ordering and pick up of the pizza was great but that is where the greatness ended. I ordered a large with extra pepperoni and extra cheese and in doing so expected that there would be both extra cheese and extra pepperoni. On each slice there were three or four pieces of pepperoni and a light layer of cheese. This is the second time I’ve tried ordering this from this location and both times it did not meet expectations. Casey’s pizza is way better and right across the street. For great pizza go there.

Kristina is the worker that helped me and she was a gem. My pizza was missing a topping because the store ran out of it but Kristina made sure I left with dinner and a something else for my troubles.
I understand mistakes happen. Restaurants mess up all of the time but going the extra mile to keep their customers happy is what counts. 5/5 stars.

Our friend ordered this when we helped them move. The price was super cheap for the amount of pizzas we got ( $50 for 6 pizzas plus delivery and tip).
You get what you pay for, it was alright. The pepperoni pizza was a bit over cooked but the chicken bacon alfredo pizza was decent. Inexpensive way to feed several people!

So I went to grab my pizza. I was waiting in line when I heard an argument from 2 workers. One guy was the supervisor and he was yelling at this young girl who was making pizzas. He was yelling at her that she “needed to cut out the attitude”. This girl was just sitting there and didn’t stop working and was trying to ignore him. I guess the argument was that she went on break for too long but she said she didn’t. Either way it’s super uncomfortable having to hear that while waiting for your food. Who cares if she’s a minute late. You sitting there yelling is a bigger issue. Also at the end of this whole thing my pizza was wrong.

Two of the staff were incredibly rude and lazy. After activating carside pickup and waiting outside for a long time, my sister went in to ask about the order. They were condescending and said that my two pizzas weren’t even in the oven yet. They said more rude and condescending stuff that made my sister walk out before she was visibly mad. I checked my phone again and saw that it had been marked as ready at 8:36 (it was past 9). The lady talked to me like I’m a child and rudely said, “I told you on the phone it would be 25 minutes!!” I told her it was a mobile order and she was rude again. Another worker went to the rack and quickly saw my order. It wasn’t hard to see. Apparently, there was an order for a Maria as well as mine (Mariah). Not even the same spelling. The rude woman was thinking we were asking about the order for Maria. Now I’m home with pizza that is an hour old. It’s cold and chewy. I had to use my pizza cutter because not a single slice was cut through all the way.

Haven’t ordered dominoes in a long time. Now I remember why. The order took an hour and a half to deliver. The pizza was burnt cold and bairly had any sauce. It was like cardboard. Crust was also hard. Absolutely horrible
