Extra greasy original recipe fried chicken… yum! Biscuits were extra hard and no half gallon of Dr. Pepper, but I did get a cup of cold Dr. Pepper. The tenders were perfect. They were tender and crispy with a lite buttermilk flavor. I gave you peeps another chance, do you think we don’t know what dirty, unfiltered grease tastes like? You’re going to be the next one to go out of business in Gardendale.

Visited 05/26/2022. Ordered the family’s dinner, and was told it would be approximately a 7 minute wait. Of course that was no issue, as it was what I assumed would be a “large” order, coming in at nearly $40. I get home with the food, and the tenders are tiny, sides are small, and the breast and wing dinner appeared to have been cooked 3-4 times as long as it should’ve been. The weird thing is, as burnt as the chicken looks, the breading is soft, soggy, and soaked in grease so bad.

I waited for more than a half hour for my food and it had spilled coke and grease all over the drinks and bags. Then they forgot my fries. I get home with the food and the drinks taste like chemicals, my chicken was soggy and inedible, and smelled off. And in my interactions with the staff, not once did I get any sort of apology or explanation for why I had to wait for so long. If I could give zero stars I would.

There was no chicken cooked and ready at supper time when people eat. 20-minute wait at the drive thru. Original recipe chicken was greasy. This was not KFCs best showing. I definitely won’t be back. There are too many other chicken joints to go to.

Awful experience. I used the kfc app to order my food and it kept closing out on me. When I finally was able to order my food and place it, I wasn’t given all of my food. I ordered mashed potatoes & gravy with the mothers day special meal. I only received potatoes and I ordered mac n cheese and I received another order of plain potatoes. They were out of sweet tea and I wasn’t told until I went to pick it up. If something is out of stock that should be notified on the app. I haven’t eaten KFC in some time and I was actually excited. It was very disappointing.

This is the worse restaurant in Gardendale, Al. Manager Moe is constantly yelling and cursing at employees . Other employees stealing from other employees. Grease is dirty and never cleaned properly . Food is dropped on the floor and still served to customers . Closing team never dries and properly cleans dishes. Dirty dishes are used for for next day. Flies greet you in the morning from all the filthiness of the place. I worked here for 1 month and would never eat here nor refer anyone to this location please close it down ASAP.

Just left KFC could not understand the person who takes orders and this girl had a bad attitude. We had to go back to get our whole order and then they did not want to wait on us inside. We were not the only people going back to get our complete order, we met other customers inside that did not get complete order.
