I came here and ordered a chicken sandwich, which was ready in under five minutes. This restaurant has a large dining room compared to other locations in PSL and an outdoor seating area. Christmas music was playing on the intercom. KFC was totally empty when I ate here, so it was very quiet today (came in between 12-1).

I’m at a loss for words. This appears to be rodent bait. Left on top of my to-go drink. Absolutely disgusting. Although the staff is super nice, this is 100% unacceptable. Besides that, how do I end up with Long John silver’s cup?!

No complaints about the food that I ordered for pickup. Only gripe would be that, even though I used the KFC app on my phone the pickup time took considerably longer that I would have hoped. I showed up at the time I had requested on the app (which was about an hour in advance, so plenty of time for prep) and STILL had to arrive and park and just wait. That sort of defeats the purpose of using the app for conveniently ordering ahead if I could have just walked in, ordered the food and left in the same amount of time. Sorry to be a Karen but that was sort of a bummer of an experience. Still, the food was good.

If patience is a virtue, then congratulations to KFC for forcing me into sainthood.

From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru to the moment I got my food, a full 40 minutes had passed. That’s not “fast food”, that’s a mini spiritual retreat. Ten minutes just to order, then they told me to pull forward – into a spot so tight my SUV was basically auditioning for Cirque du Soleil. The poor guy behind me couldn’t go around, so we both became prisoners of poultry.

And what was I waiting for? A 3-piece tender meal and a Famous Bowl. That’s it. No family feast, no catering order – just 2 basic meals. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting they finally brought it out, only for the tenders in BOTH meals to be so small they made the biscuit look like it was hitting the gym.

So yes, I spent 40 minutes of my life waiting for chicken smaller than the side bread. If you’re looking for a “fast” food experience with the suspense of a Netflix drama, this is the place. Otherwise, maybe bring a sleeping bag and a podcast queue before you roll up.

I have zero issue with the staff or the establishment, but when did an 8 piece meal with two sides become $34? That’s absolutely crazy. While I enjoy the food more often than not, I’m probably just going to stop going to KFC. With prices like that, who can really afford it?

I place a order yesterday and I got a total order I didn’t purchase i called the store today spoke to MELISSA the manager she resolved the issue quick fast no problem she ended up giving me the food I originally ordered I am thankful she is AMAZING THANK YOU MELISSA MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR

Where do I start? First and foremost I went through thier drive thru to get a quick dinner on a rainy Sunday night on 3/3/19 AND use my new Coupon’s I got in the Mail. So I wanted to use the Coupon for: 1 Chicken Breast with 1 side and a Biscuit for Only $2.99, I was very excited because I love their Crispy Breast’s and this was a Hell of a deal! However, when I requested it to be “crispy” and that I had no problem waiting, I was promptly told NO, they DON’T HAVE ANY MORE CHICKEN TO FRY UNTIL TOMORROW! ALL the Chicken they have has ALREADY BEEN COOKED!
WAIT, WHAT? I can’t believe at 8:04 PM (when they close at 11PM) 3 whole hour’s before closing they DON’T have any more Chicken?! Come on now, if you believe that I have a Bridge in Brooklyn you might want!
So since I really only eat thier “Crispy” recipe I asked if I order the $5 fill up of the Chicken Finger’s could I get crispy and the answer was yes, so with that I reluctantly ordered that and she told me to drive around. I noticed there was only 1 car in the parking lot so they weren’t busy, so I’m sure that these employees were just plain lazy on a Sunday night and started cleaning and shutting down early, 3 HOUR’S early!! There’s absolutely NO EXCUSE to NOT HAVE or MAKE a “Crispy Chicken Breast”! Also, as I pulled away, I realized that I wasn’t asked if I wanted the Mash potatoes or Fries and I looked at the box and they automatically gave me Mash so now I’m sure thier Fryer was already shut down!
Well, as I get home and spending more money than I wanted to, I was disgusted because there was NOTHING CRISPY about the 3 very limp finger’s! In fact, they were so bad (old, clearly fried forever ago) I only ate a 1/2 of one and fed the second half to my Dog! And the un-wanted Mash Potatoes barely filled the very thin container it was in! I never got asked what sauce (s) I wanted and NONE were given!
A message to the Owner and Management of this KFC, RE-TRAIN your Staff! I’m also completing the “Survey” printed on the receipt, I hope if no one acts on THIS review that someone that reads the Survey will?!

Ooohhhh my! Wow. Just WOW!
For starters, it was damn near 100 degrees in the place!
This will be hands down the worst review I’ve ever done (over 200).
So, we walked in and nobody wanted to Wait on us. We waited for over 5 mins. When we finally placed our order, We asked for mostly thighs. You would have thought I just asked for all of their money .
She’s said and I quote ‘maybe’. I said well you can it you can’t either is fine. (In order to move the conversation forward)
Next: THERE WAS A MAN SLEEPING IN A BOOTH! (See picture) He was there before we got there and he was there sleeping when we left. Nobody said a word to him. As a matter of fact I believe he is a friend of somebody that works there because they came over woke him up and talk to him for a second and he went right back to sleep. No mention of him leaving…
Food: I asked for mostly thighs and I got all breasts. Fortunately, even though it was 100° inside of there, I was able to go to the counter and switch them out.
I want to stress that I hate leaving bad reviews! The major majority of my reviews are very positive.
