Went to this establishment on Sunday, 8/27/23 in the evening around 8ish . The teenager/young adult at the drive thru window was rude, had a dry tone and seemed annoyed. She needs customers service training. I’m not sure if it was close to closing time, she was having a bad evening or what the case was but her unpleasant attitude and unprofessional demeanor needs improvement moving forward.

I went through the drive thru for a chicken sandwich. I got home and bit into the sandwich only to find a foreign object in it. I went through the proper channels and the manager Linda was so nice. Sometimes things happen. Oversights are made, but it doesn’t always require harsh punishment or repercussions. She made it right and was extremely empathetic and professional. Thank you Linda! I placed an order for a combo classic fried chicken sandwich meal and a unsweet tea. Sat in line for almost 20 minutes to get the food. Get home take a 2nd bite and realized it was the spicy which I’m allergic to. Go back to the store tell him they got half the order wrong and wait another 20 minutes to get up to the window just to be then asked to park. (That was the shortest wait)

So firstly, I had to wait in the lobby for almost 10 minutes and no one helped me. There was only one other person there and NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU. So we left and decided to go to the empty drive thru where we were immediately helped. However the woman taking our order was not the brightest either and when I asked if there were any other sauces she said no I’m asking you… then whatever they took my order of the extra crispy tenders. Came home and these tenders were god awfully fried I’d barely even call them regular crispy. The mac and cheese was watery as hell and just off. I love kfc but this visit was not it. The entire staff was so bad at their job it was insane. They were extremely disorganized and unhelpful with the lobby. A woman who had ordered before me had missed her coleslaw and was complaining that her chicken wasn’t extra crispy either. My cashier was Jordan and I completed my order at 2:54. Jordan was fine he was just a cashier to my knowledge but whoever was on shift that day (which three had manager shirts on) is garbage at their fast food job when the restaurant is empty. The chef is trash too.

Where do I start? First and foremost I went through thier drive thru to get a quick dinner on a rainy Sunday night on 3/3/19 AND use my new Coupon’s I got in the Mail. So I wanted to use the Coupon for: 1 Chicken Breast with 1 side and a Biscuit for Only $2.99, I was very excited because I love their Crispy Breast’s and this was a Hell of a deal! However, when I requested it to be “crispy” and that I had no problem waiting, I was promptly told NO, they DON’T HAVE ANY MORE CHICKEN TO FRY UNTIL TOMORROW! ALL the Chicken they have has ALREADY BEEN COOKED!
