I recently visited the KFC at Turkey Lake Service Plaza and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was quite quick, and ordering online was simple and efficient. It was convenient to place the order via my phone while at the plaza, and the food was ready in no time, which I appreciated, especially for a stop on a busy travel route.
However, there were a few issues that took away from the overall experience. First, the fries were much too salty, to the point where they were hard to enjoy. The chicken pieces, though well-cooked,were too salty, which made them difficult to eat.
The most frustrating part of the visit was the disorganized staff. A worker came over to my table and insisted that I had received the wrong order. I showed her my online receipt along with the line items, and after realizing her mistake, she quickly retreated without much of an apology.
Overall, while the quick service and ease of ordering were definite pluses, the disorganization and issues with the food quality left something to be desired.

These chicken strips are more like chicken fingers really pathetic and also stale at 11 am in the morning, I also saw the server specifically picking out the strips as if she was intentionally looking for the crappy ones, $13 for this box of disappointment, I have ordered from here in the past and the service was really bad and rude, this time there was an attempt at good service but the food speaks for itself passive aggressive, this place needs new management.

I agree with other negative reviews. Rude service and didn’t receive food as ordered. Ordered a chicken sandwich but was given smallest chicken tender ive ever seen. Also it was so dry i could cut drywall.

I hated it I got 8 biscuits
