Our first experience- all fried food was terrible! The dumplings we ordered steamed and came fried. The crab Rangoon was beyond crispy with barely any filling, hardly edible. The Chinese pizza/scallion pancake was greasy and tough to bite/chew.

I called and spoke to the manager who said they would call me back. They didn’t so I called again the next day and got the same response with no follow up. I’ve waited a week and no one has called back.

Ordered moo shu… they called 20 mins later saying no mushu. I try to figure out what to order but the person on the phone was in a hurry and kept saying try the Mongolian beef.. not wanting to deal with it i jist went along with Mongolian beef… there was barely any beef. Mostly onions. Not good. Won’t be ordering from here again. If your gonna say this is a good replacement and give me crappy potion size. You shouldn’t have charged me at all. I dont want to eat this.

Wow the food was so delicious I loved it all plus the wonton soup had Alot of wonton in it and the fried rice let me tell you about the house fried rice man I’ve eaten Chinese food all over the United States and this is one of the best I loved the crunchy noodles so much I’m so satisfied with my order I enjoyed the egg rolls so much yummy thank you so much very good food y’all are lucky just lucky wow wish I could order this all the time

Worst experience. Ordered from DoorDash. The chicken was way tooo sweet , and the chicken noodle soup was just hot water and bland noodles . Shrimp dumplings were sticky and disgusting. Do not order from here if you want to be healthy. All chicken dishes are breaded and fried in horrible oil. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE.

Just got our delivery order…. mystery white mayonnaise like substance smeared on the lid and subsequently on the General Tso’s chicken. Gross. Plus sweet and sour chicken delivered without the sauce. Redelivery was refused by the manager and my partner was hung up on. Disgusting food and even worse treatment…. shameful. Order from literally anywhere else. Pictures show you what you get for $50.

I went there for early lunch. They gave me old food & now I’m suffering from food poisoning. Not sure what happened to this place but I used to love their food. We ended up throwing out most of the food but the little I ate gave me food poisoning. Will never go there again. I was giving old food. I will be contacting the health dept & filing a complaint. This is dangerous. I haven’t been able to eat or drink anything for 24 hrs.

Food is decent, but the service is awful. Always behind or forgets your order. Today we only ordered a side of pizza rolls (2) and 50min later it was ready. 25min after they said it would be. Everyone else there was mad as well. This is my 4th time here and 3 of 4 was this experience or worse

Food is great, delivery is terrible, multiple times we have ordered for delivery and it took over two hours to receive our food due to our “ticket” not being put in. No reimbursement no communication just “I’m sorry”. This will be the last time we order from here.

This place used to be great!
I have been a customer of this restaurant for over 10 years. Service was great when Rita used to be the manager. She would even greet most of the customers by name . This new manager lacks customer service skills. Over the past month I have experienced being double charged on my debit card for a large order, waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes deliberately so lunch specials could not be ordered. Last week, my husband submitted an order and when it was picked up they had prepared the wrong food and wanted him to pay an additional $12 to correct it. I have witnessed myself how she speaks to customers and it is not pleasant. If this restaurant does not take steps to improve their customer relations, it may soon be gone from Mt. Laurel.

We live 1.5 miles away from this place and it took them an hour to deliver our food. So we said okay maybe they’re just busy because maybe their food is amazing. But the food was very average…I’ve gotten better in a mall food court. They also forgot 2 parts of our order. Only reason they get 2 stars is because their cheese wontons were good. Won’t be ordering from them again.
