I don’t usually leave reviews however I am hoping this reaches the owner of this franchise. I ordered dinner online and my husband picked it up. We were missing several items. Every tender box we got had half piece tenders in it. the nugget box had a couple nuggets in it and The rest were torn in half small pieces of a tender. Every time I called the call was ended like it rang and they hung it up. So I drive there to get what’s missing No manager on duty. 3 people working. The employee tells me that happens about the tenders Didn’t hear the phone ring not even once. I was given what was missing thankfully since what we received was in no way going to fill up my kids. He didn’t care that we literally got 1/2 sized chicken tenders and I most certainly was not going to spend more money buying those tiny pieces.
KFC you need to do better and actually give what is paid for. 1/2 a tender is not acceptable.

went last night, started off by asking for the 20 dollar build a bucket with tenders. we were informed they didn’t have tenders. ok fine, we said we would do the normal chicken one instead. we told her what our 4 sides would be, the server told us we would be having one bowl of mashed potatoes and one bowl of mac and cheese. she tells us to pull around and we’ve been charged 34 dollars for a different meal. my husband paid without asking and when i asked for a receipt and asked why it was so much more expensive the server lied and said we never said we wanted the deal. ok, sure. maybe she misheard. we have to get back on the road, so as we’re leaving i check our food, we only have 6 pieces out of 8, the biscuits are jut tossed in with the chicken and when i opened the bucket to count they just fell apart completely. just really disappointed in general.

We went today to get Chicken Pot Pie, waiting 15 minutes for someone to appear after yelling HELO twice. The person was rude and arrogant. Couldn’t even be bothered to speak to us, no hello nothing. We walked out of the store.

Worst kfc ever, went there two times this week at 7pm and both times they were “out of chicken” how does a chicken shop not have chicken ? Pretty soon they will be “out of business” if they don’t change up their leadership. Get it together!

Went through the drive thru and the man at the window had a terrible attitude. Their drive thru order speaker was out so I had to order directly from him. Then he had us pull forward and he pretty much threw the bag at me. I said please and thank you so I don’t know what caused him to be having that bad of a day. I hope it got better after we left.

Listen, I gain nothing from this review, I don’t even live in Florida. I also “do not” normally eat at KFC, at all, or fast food period for that matter. However, my father in law wanted some chicken so I drive him there. We ordered 5 8pc buckets to go, and got some chicken and strip to eat while we waited.
For one, service for a fast food restaurant was awesome, the staff was kind and accommodated our requests with no issues. I noticed one employee start work while were waiting. She clocked in, and got right to work, cleaning the lobby and making sure everything was good to go. The only knock was the drink dispenser machine that spayed the soda everywhere but the cup you had in your hand. Otherwise, again, I despise fast food, the locations, and most employees who act their wages. This KFC location is alright with me. Hot portions, made to order, and they even threw in a lemon creme cake that was so delicious. Thank you for getting our vacation started off on the right foot.

Staff was very nice.. but the food was absolutely horrible . This chicken had to of been sitting for hours… How can you even call this Original fried Chicken.. Why in the world would you even serve this and ruin a review and your name.. I’ve been going to KFC since I was a kid and this is without a doubt the worst KFC on the Planet. I feel bad for the owner. There is obviously no oversight on what is leaving the kitchen and this is definitely how your reputation get tarnished and eventually leads to your store closing in time.

Somehow I get to the drive thru on a Wednesday at 9:30pm (they close at 10pm) and somehow they don’t have any chicken. They “ran out”. They only have fries and drinks. Convenient
