I had to stop eating to write this. This is probably the best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life. Thai is my favorite cuisine so I hope that says something. Not to mention the absolutely sweet man that prepares the food. 13/10.

I don’t usually ever post reviews and tbh this is my first ever review. This is probably the best Thai food I have ever had. That’s that. Take that how you will but it is seriously so good… like I got a medium spice level Pad Thai and it was pretty spicy but I could still taste the food and seasonings that goes with it. The shrimp was cooked to absolute perfection and so were the spring rolls. Definitely my go to food on my weekends off! 100% worth the price which is also decent as well!

Bee’s food is delicious and attractive- she makes everything fresh to order! My favorite is fresh spring rolls, but all her dishes are yummy, with filling proportions, and carefully presented (they could be ready for a photo shoot)! A Fargo treasure. Thank you Bee’s!

My husband and I went here yesterday. She was SO nice and kind. And when we got the food, it was some of the best food we have had in years. Words don’t describe how good it was. We got the pad Thai, fried rice, and mango sticky rice. Will definitely be back.

Just had lunch at BEE’s and it was amazing 10/10. The Thai Omelette on jasmine rice was so good. The pork spring roll was also amazing. She is so friendly to talk to. Definitely going back again.

Food was amazing!! I got the pad see ew and I absolutely loved it, perfect amount of spice and amazing flavor! the people running the food truck were so nice and very friendly! I will definitely be eating here again, best Thai food I have had in Fargo hands down!
