Went through the drive through the other day, and this is the type of food coming out of here (was visible through the plastic) what in the world is this? This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location and this is definitely the LAST. I will never be returning here again

Food is usually good. Service is sometimes good. My only complaint is there’s usually something missing from my order from the drive thru. I shouldn’t have to hold up the line to pull everything out to make sure they got my order right.

This the worst KFC we have ever been to. The restaurant was disgusting. Tables had not been wiped clean from previous customers visits. The floor in both the restaurant & the kitchen had debris scattered all about, disgraceful. Our 6 pieces of chicken were not crispy at all, it was all soggy. We should have complained but decided best not to! This restaurant should be shut down!

The food was trash and I actually like kfc chicken I ordered some food from the 1st street store in Bradenton Fl. and was shorted 1 piece of chicken in each meal how does that happen when the were 3 piece meals the sides were cold over all customer service was 5 thumbs down and I will never ever stop at a kfc again the chicken is just not crunchy like it was imagine getting thos trash and get home where the family and its not what I ordered. Kfc is out of my places to stop when I am traveling. Until this is rectified.

Again I was not given what I ordered when I got home! On 7/3/23@ 8:20pm at the KFC on Cortez Rd. Bradenton florida. I told the order taker at the drive up that a wanted 2 sides of corn that she confirmed with me before she made my order. When I got home I found that I was given 1 side of mashed potatoes with grave and another side of Cole slaw which I threw out in the garbage. I never asked for these sides. Your staff is incompetent and does not review the orders before giving it to the customer! Maybe they need to be trained better!

Warning warning don’t stop at this location Horrible and extremely dirty restaurant a lot of homeless around the parking. soda was flat and I had to clean 3 tables so my family could eat in clean disinfected tables. I counted 5 different leaks coming from the roof and the cashiers got must of the orders wrong. Never again I will stop at this location. I took several pictures including all the wipes I use to clean the tables and chairs.

Ordered 2 piece meal. It clearly said 2 breast meal. I have one breast and a twisted little thigh with no meat on it and a rock hard biscuit. And it like talking to a wall. How you doing and they just stare at you. Update went again and got yesterday’s chicken. They just opened and look at the second picture.it’s mushy and repulsive
