Chris recommended the meal I tried, and it was absolutely delicious! Shoutout to Chris for great customer service. Uber Eats didn’t allow a dark meat substitution for a white meat order, but Chris helped me switch it over the phone quickly and easily, much appreciated!

Went to KFC, Chris took my order and handed it off with such courtesy; I was shocked. What a polite and hard worker, I mean the guy was SWEATING to get the person ahead of me taken care of and then me all in record time. I genuinely have never had such a pleasant experience at a drive through. Way to go Chris whoever the manager is CHRIS NEEDS A RAISE!!

Waited 40 min to get KFC extra crispy value meal. Seemed like staff cold not coordinate faster service. It appears management needs to give extensive training so there are no empty bins at crucial meal times. Went 2 times and could not get things right.

Ordered through Grubhub extra crispy chicken and breading is falling. Sides are medium supposed to be Large. The Mac and cheese is nasty. The nuggets are dry nasty and no sauce. And spent $75 for that disappointing bit. I am so angry.

NEVER AGAIN! Don’t go unless you want salmonella/ food poisoning!!! Recently I went to the KFC IN NORTH FORT MYERS, Florida and was disrespected by an employee working there, now the Manager on duty didn’t do anything or intervene to help me. She just stood there entertained by it all. After purchasing my food, I let the employee know hey if you don’t want to fix my food you don’t have too since you have a bad attitude already! And he didn’t use gloves or wash his hands when preparing my food, that’s why I spoke letting him know hey don’t make it if you’re going to complain about washing your hands! Simple procedures that they have to follow anyways! The employee, He then started bickering going back and forth, cursing me out in front of my MOTHER! In front of other guests that was there in the lobby awaiting, (they left during it by the way.) They want your money but don’t want to work for it! No human decency, no mutual respect. I say all that to say this, I never felt so bad, so dirty, so disgusted by a Restaurant ever in my entire life! Just unprofessional, unsanitary & GHETTOOO! If you want to get yelled at like your some 5year old child & get sick then this is the place to go! You’ll be on the toilet for years! You’re welcome and god bless! Oh yeah and during us arguing he left out one of my items I paid for, I hope it wasn’t on purpose but hey it’s fine cause KFC IS CANCELED FOR ME & my FAMILY! I even called the manager to let her know before it would get to this point but they never answer ! I tried but no thank you.

Traditional KFC. I love the mashed potatoes and gravy. Friendly and helpful staff. Not busy. It’s an older building the girl in drive thru had to use a steel bar to hold the doors open. Building could use an update. But always happy with the food and service
