Ordered a 5 piece tender meal. Took 30 minutes.
Stood inside the entire time. Never seen a crew more disorganized and unprofessional in front of customers. Completed my meal in the system before I even had the food and had to ask me what my order was again after the wait. Absolute joke. So much for “fast food”! If your passing a your hungry go an extra 1000feet. McDonald’s way better.

We are travelers, walked in and Delores took our orders. She was friendly and funny and very helpful! There were five of us and we all felt like she had such a good personality and smiling and just the perfect person for this position!! I feel this lady deserves a big raise, regardless of how much she is making!! She puts her positive energy into her job!! She’s a keeper!

Under new management/ownership but the staff seems very familiar. The food was good and didn’t take too long.
Restaurant condition inside is the same…drink station rusting out and perpetually dripping, men’s room needs deep cleaned and/or updated (overall condition is dingy, dirty, kind of gross).
They are advertising the KFC Famous Bowl Combos for $5.89 when you walk in but then charge you $7.99 for it. I miss the days when that combo was $5 and it included a cookie.
It’s really hard to see the menu board with the giant hot box/order stand sitting on the front counter and it’s off-putting to walk into the restaurant just after 12pm on a Friday with empty trash cans sitting in the walkway as well.
I get having an opening door singer but it’s SO loud you can hear it in the back of the restaurant…maybe turn it down a notch?

Haven’t been to this kfc in awhile and just recently left there. It’s by far the slowest, always out of stuff, customer service is absolutely terrible, and my food was cold. If you’re ever thinking about stopping at this kfc, do yourself a favor and keep going, because you won’t get treated right ( especially if you’re a person of color) I will not be spending another dime in this place anymore, I’d rather drive to Arcadia where I’m actually valued and appreciated as a customer. Ps thank you for stuffing my cold biscuits with the chicken, I just love eating crushed biscuits

Food was better than years past and the inside was clean. Nice cashiers and friendly staff. The drinks were good and there were no paper straws in sight. Best chicken in town no doubt.

Give this play if I could give this place less than one star I definitely would I ordered they told me to pull up and wait for people came through the drive-thru and were served before I got a meal which was for one person and only included five wings it takes less than 20 minutes to cook a wing I sat at their drive-thru for almost 10 more minutes waiting for my food I really wanted my money back it’s definitely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life and this s***’s in my hometown!! I will be calling the manager they didn’t even give me my fries!!

To sum it up, “they suck”…. Ordered on the kfc app, it said it was ready. So went to the door and they were locked at 7pm. Not the first time this has happened either. Went to the drive through and we sat at the speaker for 20 min. They finally answered after we said something. Sat in line another 15 min.

I was on a business trip and I wanted some KFC found a place didn’t know where I was the chicken was awful customer service the first lady who took the order didn’t want to be there the second lady who gave me my order she was very pleasant I hope I will never have to go there again…..

I walked in for a take out order. The cashier was super nice and was really trying to help but the person in the back was so rude and unpleasant. I got a 16 piece chicken meal and I asked if they could do 6 wings instead of 4 and take two drum sticks off and I will pay extra. The lady doing the drive through started slamming things and throwing things like a 2 year old. The cashier came back from asking her if she could do the wings for me and she was really nice about it. She politely said mam im sorry we cant do that and I said no worries its ok. So I get home and I did ask for extra crispy on all of it but the 4 wings and I got barley any extra crispy was short a chicken breast and every piece of chicken was so old it tasted like I was chewing on rubber. I threw it away and we ended up eating raw biscuits and the sides. Ww all were very upset. 100 percent unexceptable and that lady should be ashamed of herself. Grow up or find a job not in customer service.
