Went to KFC today pulled up through the drive-thru to order. The line was empty. There was no answer on the other side asking me what I wanted to order. So I said hello hello. The young lady on the other side said rudely”can you give us a minute!! She yelled at me. Next thing you know I cussed her out for speaking so rudely for no reason. The manager came on the speaker and started talking trash she didn’t try to correct her worker she tried to correct me. Call back for general manager number spoke with Tasha she refused to give me the number to the general manager and hung up on me. It’s sad we living the time u-value your workers over the customer service they can be rude to customers and nothing is done to them. Thank God she did that I went right up the road to Popeye’s. They gave me great customer service and they got their shrimp on sale so I was able to get something better. Nobody pulls up to a restaurant looking for trouble you don’t talk to customers like their children

I usually come through the drive through at this KFC. They very seldom get my order correct. I usually always check my order in the mall parking lot and go back to get the order corrected. Try not to use the drive through on the weekends. These kids always say they are sorry but it never changes. I never leave without checking my order. “You see they can take the order, they just can’t fill the order.” They need more adults working there who want to get the orders correct the first time. If I were manager, I would crack down on these kids who are just collecting a pay check.
It sure makes you appreciate The Chic- Fila kids who usually never get your order wrong. I went through drive thru and ordered mashed potatoes with out gravy. Of course they got it wrong. If you go to this KFC you better check your order before you leave.

I love the employees here. Food is always perfect, biscuits have the right amount of butter baked in. The only thing is that the interior needs to be expanded and renovated.

Okay, I wish I could lower the rating, but I can’t. DO NOT EAT HERE. My husband and I got food on 11/22/25, and it was cold. We ended up throwing up, so I called KFC. They supposedly took our information, and keep in mind, it was on speaker phone, so they heard my husband throwing up. They told us they would call back the next day to discuss a refund. Well, it’s the next day now, and no call. I’ve called several times—three times on my phone and twice on my husband’s phone—and no answer. I want a refund because I will never come here again.

The chicken and Cole slaw are great but someone stubbed their toe when they salted the fries. The fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Doordash wouldn’t credit me or refund money for the fries. Nothing can reverse salty fries. No way to order nosalt fries with doordash or I could’ve thought to do so.

Worst customer service ever !! Waited under sign to pick up my order and there was another couple next to me waiting to be place an order .but as soon as a guy walks up to counter she helps him asap! He even called manager over for help and got it before us .I’m thinking it was girls boyfriend but he couldn’t even pernouce the name of his pick up order! I asked why did she help him before us and got a snotty attitude.with a reply I will get to you..should fire her ! How rude to help that person before me waiting for my pick up first in line and another customer at register waiting …never again couldn’t even settle down to enjoy my meal !! I’ve been ordering from them via Uber for a while and remarked a weeks back that I can’t remember a KFC location being consistently good, sadly I should have kept my mouth shut! The last two times the Chicken has been SUPER soggy and falling apart, even when delivered in 25 minutes or less, so bad even the box the chicken was in was soggy, never seen anything like it. You can see the bones hanging out of the pieces of chicken in the picture, falling apart and soggy coating too. Never again!

Ordered an 8 piece meal extra crunchy with corn and coleslaw, no drinks, $32.00 Chicken was original and greasy, corn was old and chewy, $32.00 for unsatisfying food, will not return to KFC again, can’t get the order correct and the food is bad.
