I will never come here again I had a large order and only received 1/3 kids meals. They forgot the chocolate milk, they actually tried to get away with not giving it to me at all when I brought it to her attention she said they were out the offered me a juice. I ordered a large sweet tea I got a medium unsweetened tea. I will never order from here again and when I called they said they can’t help me

Yesterday I went through drive-through I ordered 2 mini taco salads and chip supreme dip. I asked for no beans and when I got home every last one of them have beans on it. I also asked for a churro that was not added to my order so I went back and said that my churro were missing the girl that was working the window had a horrible attitude. She got mad and whenever she brought my churro out, she did not put them in the bag. She just had them in the bag they come in. She was very unprofessional and she does not listen effectively. She should not be working drive-through dealing with people food. Her name was ilyana

Today on 11/8/2025, I order 4 pc chicken strips with wedges and mashed potatoes. I never leave reviews but I got to say it the chicken was over cooked and hard and the same for the mashed potatoes.

I went to buy a big combo meal at the drive-thru, and while I was eating it at home, I found two small stones that could have damaged my teeth, or even caused something worse. I had a bad experience. And of course, I was left hungry.

Customer service at the window very poor.. no thank you barley wanted to reach her hand out the window and the food was thrown in the bag the classic bowl.was on its side and the wedges tasted like they been there since lunch .. very poor kfc …. shame on you

Horrible customer service. They need to specify that they are only open to 12 a.m. for Taco Bell and not have a line of customers leading to the road and tell you after you’ve waited 30 minutes that they don’t have any chicken. No manager on site. Chicken is always soggy. They are the worst KFC in Polk County.

Just don’t go here. Please make the drive and go somewhere else. I got pulled up, they completely left out my kids meal. I spent $35 on food and had to go back once I got home to get my kids meal, and then told me they were out of Mac and cheese which is what made me decide to even go through there. My husbands chalupa did not have any meat in it at all, and was burned. They get paid $15 an hour to get stoned behind a dumpster and screw up every single order they make. Just don’t go here. It’s literally not even worth it.
They have one hard working goth manager running around cleaning up after her idiotic team members messes and it’s awful. Get this chick some real help or at leash slash some of the prices if every meal is going to not only be wrong, but be complete trash as well.
