We had a $78 order and it wasn’t able to be completed because they were out of chicken.The staff had no kind of fix for the problem with the order(aka out of chicken) and told us the only way to get an order was to call customer service. Had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes with customer service to even get a refund. The refund won’t his my bank account until after 72 business hours!
