The food is usually good, I’ll give them that but this specific location kinda just does whatever they want without the courtesy of letting their customers know… in all the times I’ve gone there, we’ve NEVER received the correct sides or we just don’t receive them at all and have NEVER been told they were out even when we go back in to ask for them.. this time around we’ve apparently discovered another weak point.. they can’t count to 8.. I understand it’s a fast food place but I didn’t think I needed to count individual chicken nuggets before leaving the drive through like some kind of nugget crazy person to make sure I got what I paid for. we’re giving up on this specific location

Ordered online. The process was fairly simple to navigate the app to place it. They give you a progress meter to show where they are in the preparation, which is nice. The service upon pick up was quite lethargic. Someone in the back had to tell the girl in drive thru there was a customer and she never came. Someone else came to the front and grabbed the order for me.

Food is always good but mobile order is a joke. Last 3 time I tried it the food is never ready when they say it will be and I end up waiting 20 mins longer each time. I will be going to Chic Fila across the street from now on instead cause of this.

This place is the worst when it comes to service I am shocked it is still open! Every time I have purchased from here something is always missing for example tonight I purchased a large mash with gravy, they gave me the mash but not the gravy. This place lacks common sense and organization.

OMG! Bones in the Chicken Pot Pie! There were both shards of bone and what looked like pieces of broken wish bone. All 3 pot pies had pieces of bone. We threw it out after finding the bones in the food. Certainly do NOT feed this to your children!!!!

This is the only fast food est around here I go to because, until today, everything has been really top notch, fluffy buns, good chicken and pleasant staff. Today I got the smooshed sandwich in attached pics. Is this the beginning of the end for my local KFC? I will try again but I hope this isn’t the future for this brand new building. The owner needs to flog its staff that were present today because this is the reason I don’t go to fast food.

For the store on Lake Worth Rd & Military Tr: I’ve never had a good experience at your store. The drive thru line is long and slow EVERY TIME. I can never understand the person taking my order. I can’t even get up to the window (always 3 feet away because of the screwy layout). Today I was all excited because there was no line. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Fries were fine but the sandwich was tougher than a hockey puck. Never going back!
