Would’ve received five stars all the way, but every time I come here through the drive-through they always have me pull my car back and pull my car forward. One time is cool two times it’s Kool three times is pushing it but every time I come through the drive-through I always got to back my car up and not just me. Also, the cars in front of me I seen them do the same thing that’s just ridiculous

Everything was Okay nothing exceptional however there was no lock on female bathroom door which is a safety concern and privacy concern as well. The staff was friendly when advised however no action was taken and no manager immediately notified.

I came there 11/23 around 10pm. We ordered a 16 piece family meal and specified tenders. When we got to the window, the man at the drive thru repeated tenders family meal and gave us a Pepsi we did not order, but was charged for. Whatever. He stayed wedges were not ready and told us to pull to the front. Ok no problem. When he gave us our orders he said tender family meal. When we got home guess what was in the box. Original chicken, no tenders. Wow!!! We were too tired to bring back and the chicken was disgusting

4 Stars is my ranking with a dozen+ visits to this place. Pepsi basically owns KFC so you’re not gonna get any Diet Coke here. I love that KFC has butter for the biscuits and corn. KFC’s chicken sandwiches crispier than popeye’s. Today I tried the hot wings and they were perfectly tasty and crunchy. Busy location, typically a good speed in the drive-thru.
I’m adding this part at another visit 10 months later. I tried the “COMEBACK SAUCE” today and thought it was great. Has a sweet but peppery flavor. I had it with the chicken fingers. They were reasonably crispy. Next time I’ll ask them to be extra crispy.

My boyfriend and I arrived around 12:27 am on January 6,2024 we got the speaker placing our job the guy said we don’t have no chicken only legs but they are old so we said what do you have that’s not old he said tender we said ok give us the tender and we brought it and etc we took the bag and approached to open the bag and start eating the tender and put the first mouth the tender are so hard we turn back around and the approach the window and the so some the manager arrived at the window and we explain and she approached to said oh yall see what time yall coming for food and process talking loud and going back and forth and we just ask for our mommy back THE AREA COACH NEED TO GET RID OF People Who Don’t Want To WORK AND WHO IS DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS….

Great experience every time I visit this KFC! The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful — especially the crispy chicken and famous mashed potatoes. The staff is polite, fast, and gets the order right every time. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating. Five stars for the service I received today: after the system had made a snafu and sent the order to the restaurant at the time I placed it rather than the scheduled pickup time (six hours later), the gentlemen at the counter were quick to recognize the issue after our arrival and replace the now-cold order without even being asked. I didn’t catch either of their names, but they acted with exceptional courtesy and professionalism.

i feel like i was robbed without a gun i order to go and ones i get home chicken so small dry just see.. and look better than taste.. kfc its this u policy ?
