Excellent! I ordered a 3 piece meal for delivery and everything was just right. The chicken was still warm and tasted fresh. The mashed potatoes and gravy were still warm and the coleslaw was still cold. The biscuit was bigger than usual and warm also. The drink still had plenty of ice. So, all in all, an order where everything you ordered was just right, which isn’t always the case with some restaurants. I’ll be happy to order from them again. Truth be told,they actually included an extra piece of chicken. I’ve been shorted pieces of chicken over the years, so this is karma making things right!Thanks KFC.

Ordered thru the mobile app to get the Tuesday $10 chicken special along with the Matty’s cheesy nuggy gravy bowl. When I arrived home the gravy was missing. Very disappointing since I really wanted to try it. When I tried calling there was no answer. Do better KFC.

Who orders fried chicken and is ok with receiving stale and soggy chicken? Cold too. Wedges cold and stale. Fries were somewhat ok. The drinks? FLAT! Dr. Peppers….flat they tasted like cold syrup. I was beyond disappointed. Quality is lacking, freshness too. Will order from Popeyes next time. Do better KFC.

Absolutely horrible, rude staff, I ordered chicken sandwich, was hard as a rock like shoe leather. My wife got tenders overcooked and dried out too, I could tell just by looking. This place is disgusting, no soap in bathroom. Grossed out by all of it, what happened to tender juicy chicken? Never again.

I visited the drive-through recently, and my experience was quite disappointing. The employee, Sayka, was noticeably rude throughout our interaction. She aggressively pressed the button on the intercom, urging us to hurry up and place our order. It felt as though she was treating us like we had no intention of paying for our food, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.

I was served cold food tonight around 5:43 PM not just cold, frozen. When I respectfully asked for it to be reheated, I was told no, with zero effort to correct it.
I didn’t come in entitled. I’ve served this country as a Marine, and I believe in giving people grace. But what I experienced was flat-out disrespect, and it says a lot about how your store treats people. You don’t know what I went through today. I don’t know what your staff went through either. But basic human decency isn’t optional, no matter how tired anyone is.
I’m not looking for a refund or apology. I’m looking for someone there to think about how they handled it and maybe do better next time.
