placed my order at 7:10 pm it is 7:35 and now they come out to tell me that it’s gonna be another 15 min they are waiting on chicken and 5 customers also waiting, don’t think it helps that there are only 3 employees working. And you can’t even use your points from the app at this location.

I spent over $60 expecting 16 pieces of EXTRA CRISPY , mashed potatoes , coleslaw , a large fry , a pot pie , biscuits , and a soda .
What I actually received was a surprise mystery box :
➡️ 16 pieces of ORIGINAL chicken (because who needs what they ordered )
➡️ 2 coleslaws
➡️ 1 lonely potato
➡️ a small fry
➡️ NO pot pie
➡️ NO soda
➡️ NO biscuits (apparently they’re now fictional creatures )
When I called the store ☎️, instead of help I got attitude and an argument ️. I also contacted corporate and shockingly heard absolutely nothing .
This location is brand new , yet somehow already a pro at messed-up orders ❌ and ignoring customers . It’s painfully obvious that KFC no longer cares about customer service ‍♀️, quality control , or handling complaints ️.
I will not be back .
New building ️, same disappointment just extra crispy irony .

Omg. Air conditioner is not working. There’s a big fan which is not even effective. Staff are nice. Food is ok. But I just can’t even breathe inside here. There are people sitting right in front of that big fan which blocks the only air circulation. Inside is hot. Outside is hotter. I’m my sure hope I can eat my lunch. Disastrous.

The service sucks , its terrible.
You order chicken
They tell you to move your car from the service drive thru window and park, so they forgot my order
Wendesday 18 feb.
Then i decide to walk inside ( inconvenient )
And when i ask for my chicken they tell me they dont have it . So i go home without chicken and without my 15 dollars

This KFC sucks
You should hire pepole that care for customers .

I am a no one i know but i work hard for my money .

When picking up an order the woman at the speaker said “HELLO? GOODNIGHT?” Instead of just hello or how may i help you. Then after i said i had a pickup she said into the loudspeaker “right before close huh?”. Not my fault uber eats doesn’t tell me when yall close plus i placed it 15 minutes beforehand so the food should’ve been already made when i got there anyway.

Everything about this place is disgusting.The chicken skin Was soft, not even crispy the fries soft, not even crispy. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks. Also, when we requested honey, they failed to give us any honey, never again. Definitely, go to another location.

This place is terrible. The manager, the cook. They seem like they don’t want to be bothered. Only the young man, cashier seems to care. I had to cancel my order. 9/16/2025. It’s really sad!!

The guy who was upfront at 3pm doesn’t even say hello and it is not about saying “hello” it is about being nice, about having manners, about making the people who come to shop feel welcome. After being about 15 min in front of the counter he just came to say like what do you need with a bad attitude and I told him that He doesn’t even say hello or how can I help you and he just said that he is busy to say hello. What kind of customer service. With that way of treating I’d never buy in this place

Saturday 8 and 10 pm we arrived at the place forcing to place the takeaway food since the area is closed, the staff who are in the facilities at this time really terrible attention, with very bad aptitude I am a fan of KFC food and arriving at this one specifically is as if I were asking for food to be given away
