Really great Thai food! Very happy we stopped in here. The Red Curry and Pad Thai were perfect, and we loved the halibut egg rolls! Highly recommend their Thai iced tea, with free refills! Very friendly and great staff too. 🙂

On our last day in Alaska we had the pleasure of having lunch at BAHN THAI in downtown Fairbanks. The dining room was beautifully decorated & clean. My wife ordered the PAD CAHSEW with chicken & I ordered PAD GRA PHRAO with chicken. I love super spicy food & the fact that most THAI restaurants will accommodate each guests desired level of spice. I ordered the highest spice level “Thai Spicy”, and boy oh boy did I get what I asked for. This may have been the spiciest dish I’ve ever had. It was beautifully presented, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the favors were phenomenal, & my head was sweating like crazy… just how I like it. If you love spicy asian food as much as I do, BAHN THAI is where you wanna be.

You also get a generous portion of grilled pork and yellow curry, it was so filling and delicious. Everything tasted good. Good customer service. We’ll be back for sure, thank you again!

Very calm and relaxing place to have lunch. Locals can be seen here swapping stories of what’s happening that week. Excellent variety of food to choose from and excellent service. Food was delicious and is a place to check out when you are in Fairbanks.
