I’ve never been yelled at in a restaurant. Until now. Immediately after entering the cashier yelled at me, “You have a mobile order!” I was speechless looked at the other customers in line in bewilderment, and she repeated the yell. I turned around thinking she was already engaged at yelling at someone else, and she yelled a third time. It wasn’t noisy inside. There was no reason to scream. A polite “hello” or “welcome to KFC” would have sufficed. But yelling is what management allows here. I asked if I need to order off my phone and she screamed, “No, its drive thru only!!!” (There was an outdated looking sign on the door, but I figured it was old because there were no renovations going on, and there a dozen people inside). I heard her yelling before I entered. Someone was ordering and she screamed at them, “We haven’t served grilled chicken in over 3 years! And we’re short staffed!” Unbelievable. We didn’t order. I just quietly left with my tail between my legs. Such a shame for a place to be managed in this manner. The cashier should be terminated immediately.

We haven’t had KFC for quite a while. We were in a hurry & it was good for fast food. Classic Chicken Sandwich & some of the new Nuggets. I had to see what this bucket of soda was and d*m it was definitely a good size for the $. If you’re in a hurry it’s good chicken for fast food. ✌️

Wife sent me to get 8 piece bucket of extra crispy. I arrived at the drive through, order was taken by a pleasant lady. I got up to the window, sat for a very short time before I remembered….EXTRA CRISPY!!!! I forgot to specify that. When the lady came to the window with my order, I told her of my mistake. She was polite, smiled and said she’d take care of it for me right away. Within a couple of minutes, the order was handed to me – the correct order. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate a polite and well mannered(and well tempered) server, and this girl was good. I’ll thank her again the next time I’m there.

Waited at the call box for almost 10 min. Saw an employee come out and go back in, so i circled back around. They asked me to park to wait for the food which took about 15min. They were out of biscuits 15 min after opening apparently which is when i want for lunch, and they didn’t know until almost 5 min after i ordered. I got home and my fault for not looking but it wasn’t even the right chicken.

The environment was kind of.. gross. The building itself looked dirty, the interior somehow worse. The employee we spoke with looked stoned and took half a minute to think of a response to most questions. Then, when we finally got our order placed, they took a while to fulfill it. When we finally got our food, it was mediocre and really thrown around.

Brand new place and cool concept and design. After placing our order at the electronic ORDER location (huge sign upon entering) we were told the order machines do not work. While placing our order again with the employee, we were told there are no chicken tenders. All this time people continued to enter the tiny place and attempt to ORDER with nothing said by the employees. The food may or not be good but at this point we left. The single Unisex bathroom was also filthy.

No chicken? 45 minutes before your closing time? You are a newer business, how long do you expect to last if you cannot plan for Spring break season? You might need to hire a manager that has actual experience in this region, because yours definitely lied if they said they did.

We went to pick up KFC from the new location. Went in the lobby to order. Staff was working extremely hard to keep up. The order got messed up but I can’t blame the staff they were obviously short staffed. My issue was the dryness of the chicken and how small the pieces were. We ordered a 4 piece original recipe and an order of chicken tenders. The fries were cold which you can’t control but the chicken to me was the biggest disappointment. I dont mind spending the money but it was inedible. I hope they are successful and improve in the future.
