I simply gotta say, THERE MUST BE IMPROVEMENTS! The main issue was cleanliness. A female worker was changing garbage bags in the trash cans and did not wash her hands or put on gloves before packaging my food. She heard my order and put down the trashcan and then went immediately to the chicken bucket and starting fulfillment of my order. Unacceptable standards I must say. She should have washed hands after touching them trash cans before she started preparing my chicken and sides. Makes me more than a little uncomfortable to eat this food. The management needs to be sure proper cleanliness is followed by staff with no short cuts to avoid cross contamination and food poisoning. The second issue was missing items. When ordering a 16 piece family pack you would expect 16 pieces, not for it to be a staggering 8 pieces short. Big hige fail. All in all, with the question of here being hit or miss, most definately a MISS.

Despite having seen a lot of bad experiences posted on local community Facebook Groups for Crestview I decided to stop in for lunch today because I was looking for something different.
I was pleasantly surprised With piping hot fresh and tasty food. Definitely not representative of what I’ve read from the Google reviews and the Facebook community groups.
My food came out very quickly, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Whoever was in charge for lunch today, definitely hit the bull’s-eye. I will Add this place to my regular lunch rotation from now on.

If I could give a negative stars, I would. I went here last night around 8pm, waited in the drive thru 15 minutes just to order. When the woman finally began taking my order it was a hassle (she was new, so I’ll give her grace). Once I ordered, I waited another 15 minutes to make it to the window. When I finally made it to the window, I paid. I was reviewing my receipt, I seen my order was wrong and everything was rung up individually, also. On top of all of us, the worker notified me that I had to wait 16 minutes because they had no chicken. I asked for a refund. The refund process took even longer. I’m going to assume there was no manager on duty because the young man present had to FaceTime a woman to learn how to refund me back my money ( I paid with my debit card). Finally, he was able to do so. I drove off, got home and seen in my account that he in fact did not refund my money.

Stopped in to pick up some dinner. The lady Ms.Ceicily was very friendly, energetic and communicative. She let me know it would be 5 minutes before the filets was ready and another employee checked on me while I waited. So refreshing to see happy, energetic employees. Will be back!

Came into the restaurant for 2 Doordash orders, waited 10 minutes and went back outside to my car to wait (it’s FREEZING in this building). 2 people came in after me and placed orders, I went back inside for an update and they literally made and gave the orders to both people behind me in line. I finally was approached by someone who asked if I was picking up or ordering, 20 MINUTES AFTER I HAD ALREADY SAID I’M PICKING UP. They said they were making my food now. I stood around for another 20 MINUTES before my Doordash order of 6 items total (not even combo meals) got completed. Was late on both my deliveries and made less an hour because of the sheer lack of customer care. Thanks for that.

Definitely not what I paid for nor expected after waiting 15 minutes. I thought it was taking so long due to them dropping some potato wedges and 20 spicy wings. Get home and boy was I wrong. Chicken was not the freshest but the wedges were older than my great great grandmother. Will not be going back anytime soon that’s for sure. 30+ dollars wasted.

This place is absolutely disgusting, many may not know as they go through the drive thru. But do yourself a favor and go insides. Dead roaches on the floor, windows never been cleaned and all the employees have one common denominator, take a guess. I will never return and hope this place is closed down by the health department.

Unfortunately, we were unable to place an order during our visit. We waited approximately five minutes at the drive-thru window with no acknowledgment, so we went inside. Once inside, we waited an additional ten minutes before anyone addressed us. When a team member finally asked if we had been helped, they went to the back to get assistance, returned shortly after, and informed us that they were doing shift change and someone would be with us soon.
During the entire time we waited, multiple employees made eye contact but did not greet us or acknowledge that help was on the way. This experience reflected very poor customer service. I recommend additional staff training to ensure guests are acknowledged promptly.

Went today when they opened for an early lunch and got the #1 combo meal extra crispy. Everything was very fresh and food came out in no time at the drive thru. My 1 yr old who doesn’t even eat Mac and cheese devoured theirs lol
