I waited nearly an hour for my food, while the employees in black shirts refused to assist the manager—almost as if they were jealous. The manager on duty had to handle both ringing up orders and preparing them. The long line of customers voiced their frustration, all witnessing firsthand the clear lack of teamwork in this store. 2nd shift, 4-29-25.

Chicken Littles Sandwiches were dry and mostly batter. The service was average. The floor in every part of the restaurant was slippery(including the bathroom). It’s like they mopped the floor with Murphy’s Oil Soap. It definitely seemed like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The staff was aware of it and I’m surprised a manager didn’t find a resolution to make it safe.

We all know fast food anywhere can be hit or miss. This was honestly the best KFC we’ve been to. The chicken so hot and fresh and the sides were hot. They had the hot sauce and honey on the tray and came to bring us the food.

I definitely had faster food at Texas Roadhouse on packed day. Not only did they over charge me but they also charged me for drinks that they didn’t even have available. Not to mention they didn’t even give me my kids food. When I asked for a refund they said they had to call the manager because she was not at work. They called her three times and still no answer. Also they don’t even have there health rating posted. It’s just a blank paper taped to the window. Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced to date. As of July 21st 2024 I will never go to this KFC again and I recommend you don’t either.

The employees seem to be getting trained a lot better in the recent months. They are putting forth so much more effort in making sure orders are made correctly and fresh. They are courteous!
I do wish they had a Military discount, because they do not have one currently.
The dining room looks clean, tables clean and it was recently remodeled.

I’ve never been inside of a popular food chain where the employees actually work together and get along like 1 big family. It truly left a wonderful and lasting impression on me. I didn’t get everyone’s name but Drew, Ariel(AMAZING), and Joe (along with the others) really delivered excellent customer service
