Came in around 8pm and was promptly greeted by one friendly, Jada.
I asked her if I’d be able to get 2 freshly made hot chkn sandwiches in lieu of premade and she accommodated my request.
I jet home, break open the meal and the sandwiches were pipin’ hot.
Need more folks like Jada to make the KFC experience worthwhile for customers. Many thanks, Jada

What a terrific find! Conveniently located to an Etsy shoot we filmed near Atlanta GA. Super clean. A first rate staff was cooking, cleaning, taking orders and overall creating an excellent dining experience for customers. Kudos to management and staff. This is how a restaurant should be run. I only wish the chicken was fried in fat – the way Colonel Sanders did it. I highly recommend this location.

While I waited in the drive-through with no vehicles ahead of me, the woman on the intercom requested that I come inside the restaurant due to being short-staffed and busy. However, upon entering, I noticed only two people inside. I’m puzzled about what they were so busy with, as it certainly wasn’t preparing chicken. In all my experiences, I’ve never had someone at the drive-through request that from me. It’s disappointing to see the quality of fast food in Buford decline, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

Delivery driver here. The young man that worked the last shift on Monday, October 13 refused to do the order and rudely prompted me to cancel the order. The schedule says the restaurant closes at 11pm. He told me he was closed before the time. I addressed the schedule and the time, and he said he closes at 10pm. He claimed there wasn’t any food and that the manager told him he has to close early. I understand the frustration of working a shift alone, but the attitude, foul language, and lack of basic decency was absolutely unacceptable. Despicable customer service. The restaurant needs to at least ensure their employees treat others with respect. Store hours also need to be updated if what he claimed is true because this causes issues for delivery drivers and customers.

9/13/23 Update: If you want a GOOD chicken sandwich at a reasonable price, KFC is the place to go. While other fast food chicken is getting thinner and small, at KFC, you get a thick fillet that is larger than the roll! Still have crunchy, terrific fries too.

KFC, almost any KFC, makes THE best chicken sandwich. While other places, the chicken is getting flatter and smaller, KFC gives you your money’s worth. Definitely give it a try! BTW – Their fries are great also.

Went out to the margaritaville lights at Lanier and decided to come here after we had a pretty large group of like 20 people and the doors were locked at like 8:30 PM, the posted CLOSE time was 11:00 PM. They locked the doors because they saw a large group coming.. poor service.

Stark reminder of why I do not go to KFC anymore. Ordered some hot wings and fries and I’m pretty sure I received the mummified remains of what once may have been a chicken. Not sure because it was so dry and crusty from sitting under a heat lamp for so long. Waste of 20 bucks for sure. I would have waited for fresh ones if offered. No quality control, no concern in serving sub-par food. Would not recommend.

I had a mobile order. I went through the drive through and they made me come inside to wait. I waited almost 20 minutes and they forgot ALL 3 of the mini chicken sandwiches I ordered. They forgot the sauce for my tenders. And they kept double checking the bag so I’m thinking there’s no way they missed anything. I get almost 30 minutes home and they forgot 3 whole chicken sandwiches!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Will be calling CS as well!
