This is absolutely the worst KFC location I’ve ever been to. I actually stopped going there well over a year ago because of terrible experiences and I guess even under new management its still horrible. I ordered ahead in ap and waited 15 mins before going in. I ordered at 530pm and when I walked in there’s one person cooking ,one behind counter on cell phone and the other sitting at table telling people at drive thru they dont have any chicken while also playing on her phone. I tell them I have mobile order and she says we’ll you bout to be mad but it’ll be about 20 more minutes. I said ok waited outside 20 mins go back and after standing there 10 mins she says still got 5 more mins. Meanwhile people coming in getting money back. Chicken comes up i see her boxing up for drive thru…ummm nope hello I’ve been here almost an hour . She gives me Chicken says you had a nugget combo but you’ll have to wait for fries to cook. No ma’am keep them can I have my Pepsi please? She says sorry pepsi out. I threw my hand up said keep it. Get home and guess what Chicken was fried in burnt grease plus 2 of my nuggets weren’t even done. Never again will I waste my time or money at swainsboro KFC.

At this point they need to close the place down because after going there tonight when they had literally a whole hour left before they closed and they had the nerve to tell me they were completely out of chicken. Then when we asked the girl at the window y’all don’t have anymore chicken what so ever she then proceeded to say they only have two breast when a minute ago she told me they were completely out. I don’t know how can you run out of chicken at a place where the only thing you mostly serve is chicken. I know for fact she was for sure lying and they were to freaking lazy to drop more chicken when they hardly ever don’t get service anyway unless they have good deals or it’s a Sunday let’s be forreal. Management needs to do a better job hiring these employees who just want to get a paycheck but don’t want to work for it!!!

I have frequented KFC the past couple months, most often during the day. In my recent visit to KFC on Saturday, September 6, 2025, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience this afternoon. Having frequented this location over the past two months, I can confidently say that the quality of food, service, and overall cleanliness has consistently met my expectations.

One of the highlights of my visits has been the chicken nuggets, which I find to be exceptional. In fact, they surpass those of Chick-fil-A, demonstrating KFC’s unwavering dedication to quality. Each bite was flavorful and satisfying, making it a go-to choice for me.

The service during my visit was commendable as well. The staff was attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that made my meal even more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant maintain such high standards, especially in terms of cleanliness, which is often overlooked in fast-food establishments.

I genuinely hope that KFC continues on this positive trajectory. It has been a while since I have found a fast-food restaurant to be this enjoyable, and I look forward to returning for more delicious meals in the future. Overall, my experience was nothing short of delightful, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality fast food.

We decided we were going to give KFC another try. Very bad move.☹️
We were planning on dining in. The dining area WAS VERY COLD you can’t be comfortable and eat when you’re shivering. My husband had to search for a CLEAN table. One of the employees was sweeping the floor though. Never saw the first mop though.
It had to be cold in the back since there was employees wearing coats.
The cashier was very unfriendly she had a look on her face that said I don’t want to be here & why did we have to come here. She was the same way with the family that placed their order just before mine.
It took them 20 minutes from the time they placed our order to us getting our food and in times past they’ve been a lot faster.
We had ordered the two-piece meals and we never got our cookies that went with it and the biscuits were cold.
How in this world this place stays in business I don’t understand people must be desperate for some food and don’t want to go anywhere else.

It’s completely unacceptable to have to wait 10 minutes for cold hard nuggets. This speaks loudly for work ethic, which is poor. You guys should seriously consider better and more prompt service. Neither one of my children ages 14 and 2 couldn’t chew them up. My 14 year old thought the were gizzards ‍♀️ ‍♀️

When a person orders something. If you dont have it…. tell the person before they pay for it. Having to wait 3 to 5 business days for my money back is absurd
