No need to say anything, the picture speaks for itself. This manager whom sold me this product and others in corporate like her go crying and praying when their jobs are snatched away why them? chicken tastes like its 2 days old, the oil tastes like it hasnt been changed in months, ordered and 8 piece bucket, they sent me 6 legs and 2 wings and whats worse is none of it was edible. i think its time to give kfc a miss for good

I just through kfc moments ago ., service and workers are friendly and polite and this where it stops. I ordered a famous bowl which are normally decent however thus time it was absolutely pathetic. this one only had 5 tiny pieces of chicken normally there is 8 or 9 , it had to much corn I mean over kill that I had to scrape half of it just to get to the ice cold potatoes which jad only a few sprigs of cheese on one side and the gravy well that in its self was a major disappointment I was lucky to see maybe a half of a teaspoon worth . this food was a complete waste of money and I ended eating my lunch from our snack machine at work and at least I knew exactly what I’m getting..

Last night we went to Forest Park KFC and order the $20 special all dark meat with biscuits, coleslaw mashed potatoes. He showed the picture on his phone and they said ok but when he got the food it was not the big barrel of dark meat it was a few tenders, biscuits, French fries and nuggets. He asked them are you sure this is what I ordered or is this someone else’s order. We’ve tried to call multiple times last night and today but no answer. Me and my daughters decided to stop to this place for dinner heading home. I had bad experience before with other locations, but this one particular evening on March 8th was the BEST experience that we had they hired a new girl she worked front counter she greeted us with a smile, as soon we walk through the doors.The manager that was on duty that evening, her named is Tonya she was very awesome, greeted us as well with a smile and very helpful. The other staff that was there they were wonderful too. They was doing everything that they supposed to do as well being clean and positive. They change their gloves regular they wash their hands they always have open arms to assist other customers and making sure that they order was right and complete. I just like it when they kept asking is there anything I can do for you how can I help you they were very polite.

ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING!!
This review is about the inconsiderate employee(s) and how they steal from you without you knowing it. The location: 4845 Jonesboro Rd Forest Park, GA. This is their second time doing it. They will take your change WITHOUT ASKING by rounding up for the KFC Foundation. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! Yes, you may have an amount you’re supposed to collect for the foundation but give the customer the option of donating by ASKING FIRST. If you ask and you’re told “no” just accept it and stop rounding up just to meet your quota. Most people don’t ask for a receipt so it’s easy to be applied without the customer knowing but that’s a form of stealing. If you walked in KFC and reached behind the counter and took money they would call it theft or if you went in their pockets, car, or home and took money (change) they would consider that theft so what they’re doing to customers is the exact same thing. DO NOT BE ROBBED BY KFC!
FOOD REVIEW: everything I ordered was cold EXCEPT the mashed potatoes with gravy (lukewarm, you could still feel a little warmth). They need to do better and starting with a little more training couldn’t hurt.
