horrible customer service, decent food. went inside to avoid long drive thru line and still waited 10 minutes for 2 little chicken wraps. pointed out to the manager who did nothing but make excuses and showed absolutely no concern. (acted annoyed to have to stop standing around and converse with me.) it’s sad what ‘food service’ has become! (and do these wraps look anything like the advertisement? No!)

Giving 2 stars because the staff was very nice but the restaurant itself needs some help. I went to get a drink from the drink machine and I noticed there was no drip tray which poses a health hazard and I also smelled a very bad smell coming from that area and there was literal mold growing near the fountain spots where the drink comes out. Luckily I didn’t notice any mold in the spouts themselves but it was very disgusting. The kitchen also looked a mess. My food was pretty good but please clean this restaurant.

Oh my goodness! The last few times I have been here I have had to wait up to a half hour for a bucket of chicken. What do they think people are coming here for? This place used to be a good place to pick up dinner, but lately the lady (same lady) at the window is so rude and acts like if you order a bucket of chicken she’s gonna have to “stop the orders”…twice this was said.. I could not believe it. Whoever owns this place needs to do undercover boss. I don’t usually leave reviews but people need to know.

Ms. Janice is the greatest manager of all time! Really cares about her customers! We had a few issues with an order and the first person we talked to was not helpful at all and rather rude. When the manager heard this she jumped to action to fix the problem with our meal and teach the employee better customer service skills. The problems were fixed promptly, our meals were fresh and delicious and we will be loyal customers to this location because we know how much the manager cares and trust that will reflect in the rest of the staff in the future.

Friendly employees. Quick service and hot Beyond Nuggets. The dining area was clean but dine in was not allowed. That was due to COVID-19, of course. Employees working in the back looked organized and not cluttered nor messy. I didn’t notice any horse play or heavily distracted working. Beverage dispenser appeared well kept. The men’s bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom brought it down to a 4.

I sat at the counter for over 5 minutes before being served. I said I wanted an 8 piece bucket, all white meat. The cashier disappeared. Close to 5 minutes later the manager comes to the counter with a bucket. I asked if it was extra crispy and was told they didn’t have any. She then disappeared again and came back with a few pieces of extra crispy. This store never had extra crispy.

This store has gone downhill. On a recent trip, an item was left out of my order. I called and the manager said I could come get the item. She was not apologetic or sympathetic.
When I got there, I had to wait for my item. I noticed the floors on the food prep line were dirty.
After I got my item, l left. At no time – on the phone or in person – did anyone say “I’m sorry” for the extra time (and gas) I had to waste to get there.

This location has changed a lot. I hadn’t been in awhile. I visited yesterday and about 5 employees sat at a table talking while I waited no one said a word. Someone came upfront from the back and never said a word. I had to step around and look for help. This was my last visit here. Find new or train your current employees to help customers in the lobby or you’ll likely lose more business.

I stopped here for a quick lunch with my husband. Upon inquiring about a chicken drumstick meal the person behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and made condescending remarks. She shouted all the way from the front register to the back to call the manager who apparently approved of the employee’s horrible behavior, because she acted in the same awful manner. Argumentative, rude, unacceptable!! We used to eat here all the time, but I will never come back again. Shame on you! If you do not like your job you should not work there. If I treated my clients in this manner I would be bankrupt within a month. Whoever manages this place needs to do a general cleanup and re-train all of these people who call themselves employees!! Embarrassment!!!
