If I could give this screwed up place a ZERO STAR I so would! The people they have working in this place is a JOKE! Leaving food on the counter to get cold, giving half or less than half food in containers, giving me half a large container of wedges instead of fries (like I ordered), placing an online order to just having to wait another hour and a half upon arrival due to these people being lazy, nasty, not bright and needs to go back to elementary school to learn how to count. I will NEVER give this establishment my money ever again! Just an FYI: check your food before leaving, take videos of how they treat you and watch the manager touch y’all’s food without wearing gloves for all the front end customers to see. Also make sure they give yall your CORRECT order before leaving also. This place is a joke and I have given them chances to get better for years, obviously they won’t and still have crappy owners, crappy managers and crappy workers working there still. STAY AWAY and go to another KFC, don’t give these people your money until they make drastic changes!

Went inside to eat no one was at the counter. Another couple came in behind us. We waited 15 minutes or more and no one acknowledged us but they continued to take drive through orders. We left and so did the other couple.

My visit to KFC earlier today was Awesome!! The smell of the freshly fried chicken greeted me at the door. The chicken was warm & perfectly crisp. The staff were very attentive and genuinely friendly, turning a quick meal into a welcoming experience. I will definitely be back!

The manager on shift around 5:30-6:00 she is amazing. Everyone should have customer service attitude. I wasn’t rushed she was patient answered all my questions politely. And when she brought my food out she was so sweet she even made my baby smile at her. She needs a raise and promotion. Seriously though her customer service skills are amazing coming from someone who worked in fast food for years and ran many stores in the past. She would be my right hand gal. I didn’t catch her name but she was very pretty. Her lashes were on pointtttt the sweetest smile with braces I believe!!

Stopped to eat along my trip and it took 45mins just to get majority of my food. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to make up for lost time on the road. The young man was polite but it seemed he was overwhelmed and not enough staff. We did tip him for as a Christmas Gift.

Unfortunately the wait time was way too long . I feel that the workers were short staffed . I arrived at 6pm . I was waiting for over 37 mins until someone could get to help me . I ordered online and I do understand with a big order there is a wait but I was told as soon as I got helped that it would be another additional 15 mins just for the meat for the assortment I had preordered.
I feel bad for the staff as they were polite and very helpful but I do think they need more help .

They was so much going on at one time. Very unorganized. The new guy was great and nice. The one young lady through him under the bus about my order. I waited like 30 minutes for them to even fix my food. I was not pleased with the over all service. They can do better.

Went for an online order that wasn’t done until 40 mins later, no help at the counter… Customers needing assistance and were ignored at the front! Unacceptable, no large lid cups were available, but some that were spilled on the counter. Worker picked those up and shoved them back into the lid holder & got mad, rolled her eyes when I told her those lids were laid out on the counter! Never again, customer service is on 0.

I have been waiting since October 1st for my money to be refunded. It’s currently October 21st and still no update nor refund. I have never ever been scammed out of money by a restaurant. I never come to KFC and the one time I do I don’t receive my order nor my money back. The restaurant had no sauce and tried to give me hot sauce and honey. I ordered a family chicken tender meal so they wanted me to just accept all this food without providing any sauce ? Then they only had drums but nothing I ordered. Why can’t the site be updated on what’s available and what’s not. This is pathetic and sad tbh. The staff is no help and just kept forcing me to take the meal with honey and hot sauce. I’m out my money because of an establishment that can’t communicate nor provide what was ordered off their menu. I’m beyond pissed off. How am I fighting for my money after 21 days but yall took that money in 3.5 seconds from my account.
