Waited 25 mins for the beyond nuggets in the lobby to the point they forgot my order and they where left in the warmer and had to look back in the orders to make sure i wasn’t lying. Haven’t been to kfc in years and I was reminded how much of a waste of time and energy and money this place is. Wont ever be back. To any location. As we ate a lady ordered what we did and got hers in under 10 mins.. the nuggets are delicious but that wait completely unacceptable

This restaurant needs to be shut down and fumigated. While waiting for my food, I saw a roach crawling in the box area where food is prepared. I immediately asked for a refund and left. I understand pests can happen anywhere, but seeing it in the food prep area was unacceptable. I will never return until a full cleanup and fumigation is done.

They was fairly quick with the order. I would suggest if you’re getting a fountain drain to taste it before you fill up your cup. Overall had a good experience and would stop by again. I would suggest the chicken sandwich.

Make sure you check your order before you leave! We were missing items and one item didn’t have cheese that was supposed to be on it and they wouldn’t do anything to fix it.
