I went in to purchase some chicken wings for my fellow fire department members performing a fire engine swap out. I needed something easy to eat. I was told the wings were frozen! It was 6 pm. I asked for chicken legs and was told they would have to cook them! Again, it was 6 pm. I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front to take my order. I was told by a fellow fire fighter the last time he went there they didn’t have the food his family wanted either and they were not going to cook any more. It was over an hour before their posted closing time. KFC management needs to fix this! Oh, by the way, they had a sign posted that they were under new management! I’d say no management. I finally got some chicken about 30 minutes after coming into the restaurant.

The ONLY good thing about this store was Beatrice who worked the front counter. They ran out of white meat due to Marteese ignoring her requests multiple times to cook more. The dining area floor was very slippery, and the kitchen area had a broom laying on the floor, plastic food containers plus many taco bell hot sauce packets that they just walked around. The kids working the kitchen showed they do not care about much and must enjoy a dirty work environment. The best was when an empty chicken bucket fell on the filthy floor and the kid working the drive through window put it back on the counter so they could put chicken in it. After waiting 30 minutes, I got a refund due to still no white meat and found out I was the third person to get a refund due to Marteese being a total jerk and not caring about customers. I also had a nice long conversation with KFC corporate about the numerous health code violations and the pathetic work performed by the kitchen.

4/7/2025 6pm Lady who took my order apparently doesn’t want people to eat there. Not saying you should be happy but don’t act like you don’t want me to order. I mean dang if I or other customers don’t order you don’t have a job here. Rest of the staff seemed happy.

Went in around 9pm, and picked up my online order, the location reeked of butt. I got home to eat, the fries were soggy bc they enclosed them in the same box as mashed potatoes and the biscuit was dry as dirt. Both me and my boyfriends sandwiches, as well as the chicked tenders tasted like they were fried/cooked in unsanitary oil. And no one answered when i called for a refund, never going back.

Ordered food at 9pm. At 10:17pm my order started getting made. All of a sudden the order was cleared from the tracker and I didn’t even get a refund. The workers probably were too busy getting high instead of making sure my food was made well before their closing time.

The lady who waited on us was so nice…didn’t take long to get our food and it was all right. We dined in and she walked around cleaning tables and even asked if we was good. The food was good and the staff was amazing. I don’t know why so many people complain about this place. I give it 10 stars! We had the taco bell part.

The Abbeville store is a joke. Today I waited 40 minutes because I was told to pull up. I finally got back in the drive thru line and told the employee that at least 6 people had left since I was sitting waiting on my order, which was almost $30. She told me to pull up again which I refused. She finally gave me my order. I pulled over to check it and it was not all there. Here I go inside asking for the manager. I had been there for 40 minutes and still did not have all of my food. Meanwhile the other employees were just hanging out. I wanted my money back which the manager was happy to oblige. Then I still had to wait on my popcorn chicken. Got it but no fries. Finally got my order and most of my money back. This is the 2nd time its happened to me. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would.

I have been there 3 times when I found myself in Abbeville and needing a quick meal. Twice, they had to start cooking the chicken after I ordered it. I thought the point of a fast food drive thru is to save time. The third time, they had nothing of the 4 different options I was willing to try because it was about an hour before closing time, and I guess they didn’t feel like cooking anything new. I didn’t want the few things they had already cooked, so I left. Not planning on trying again.
