Being from Canada we don’t have Jimmy Johns, but I wish we did! The sub was perfectly toasted, great flavour of the cold cuts.

I frequent Jimmy Johns often. Rarely do I have a bad experience. Rarely do I leave a review. Today 8/11/25 I visited the Jonathan Moore Pike location and was helped by Evan a Team Member with a great attitude and a very welcoming personality. I just wanted to give a shout out because his customer service skills and team spirit were awesome and I feel he deserves recognition for them. Thank you for the great sandwiches and great service!

Freaky Fast!!! Walked in and there were 15 people in line. The line wasn’t moving because the lady ordering at the register brought 4 kids under 10 and was asking them slowly and individually what they wanted. She had no game plan of not wasting everyone else’s time in line. Three guys working 1) the guy who drew the short stick and was working the register 2) Middle man 3) fruit ninja warrior making the sandwiches. I had a reward on my app so I ordered online. Before lady at the register was finished giving her order, the “Jimmy John’s A team” had me out the door. I got some looks from people in line getting in and out… so my secret is order online! Sandwich was great.

By far the worst sandwich place I have ever ate at! I got the number 16 and the bacon on my sandwich was raw. The menu does also not disclose that lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise comes on all sandwiches. My cashier that was ringing in my order quit half way through and another girl started. Overall I wouldn’t even give this place a single star. I normally don’t write reviews like this but man it was awful!!

I come here at least once a week after work and the crew here is always positive, welcoming and seriously…FREAKY FAST. They had my order finished one time and I hadn’t even filled up my fountain drink yet! Fast food is tough especially when it’s a franchise, but this team manages to stay positive and keep the energy up. I’ll definitely keep coming back
