Have not had KFC in a while and thought it sounded good. I ordered online 10 minutes before arriving. When I reached the drive thru I was told to pull forward and wait. Which is completely understandable and I was ok with it. However, after waiting another 20 minutes (30 minutes since I placed my order) I backed up and asked if I was forgotten about. I was rudely told they are on the way. I waited another 10 minutes before my food was finally brought to me. When checking the bag, the chicken was soggy, the fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday and reheated in a microwave, the biscuits were smashed and hard, and the other sides were wrong. Sorry not sorry KFC but you will not receive another dollar from me.

It’s too many young kids playing and outside . The manager that was there didn’t try to redirect them she sitting down as if she’s off for the day and don’t bother her. I asked for my order to be fresh and they still proceeded to give me the chicken out the warmer. The lobby is disgusying the glass on the door and drive thru is so filthy. Worker attitude the worst area not clean. No gloves, no hair net playing in hair. Exchanging phone looking at pictures with customer and friends ( unsanitary).Said I was eating in I was still serve my food throw in a bag. My first issue was I ordered the 12 piece mixed and was given 12 pieces dark. Now I know why it’s always good to check your boxes before leaving a restaurant. The second one is the fact that management and / or corporate doesn’t invest in their employees and train them to provide excellent customer service.

The chicken was hot but tough. You should go into the Kingstree store to order and check your order before leaving. If you ask for a brest and wing and don’t check what’s in the bag. When you get you might have the thy and a drumstick.
The staff has short tempers and act like the customers are bothering them.
One young lady that worked there, she left to go into the arm forces, she had very nice manners.
I blame the managers. Your workers are a reflection of you. The way you’re workers act is the way you allow them. If you act like you, the manager / owner don’t care and it’s all about the money, not thr service, that’s the way your employees will act.

On this Sunday 10/26/2025 the service was very slow at the drive thru ordering. We arrived and a white SUV was waiting or ordering for 6-10 minutes. I had to blow my horn as we were the third vehicle in line. Then the line started to back up. This was around 2pm when church was letting out. After ordering at the pick up window I advised them that someone blew at me as she had me waiting on something else. This day was poorly managed by the store manager.

The customer service is horrible. They have the most unprofessional employees and most of them are really young or in high school. They always don’t have what you want as well. Hire new employees or that kfc will get shut down.
