The restaurant was clean but only had a couple of customers. When we got our food it was Hot and fresh. We were surprised how tasty their bowls are. We thoroughly enjoyed them. I definitely recommend their bowls especially when it’s cold outside.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC, and unfortunately it came down to leadership and customer service.
I simply asked what the “comeback sauce” was and what ingredients it contained. The response I received—multiple times—was just “it’s a sauce.” No explanation, no effort to clarify, and no attempt to help.
When we went inside to speak with the General Manager, the situation got worse. He flat-out said, “We don’t take complaints. Report it to corporate,” and then walked away. No listening, no apology, no attempt to resolve anything.
The lack of customer service was shocking, especially from management. It’s clear that when leadership behaves this way, employees are set up to fail. The staff didn’t seem malicious—just unsupported.
I understand busy environments and mistakes happen, but refusing to hear customer concerns is unacceptable. This location seriously needs better leadership and basic customer service training.

I can’t rate the food. I never got it. After waiting 20 minutes which I checked off my receipt, I complained. Was told it would be 8 more minutes to do the tenders. No manager bothered to go to the fry cook and order him to drop everything and get these 4 tenders dropped. It took another 15 minutes to get a manager to give me my money back. No one even bothered to try and help me. No one even said a cursory, “I’m sorry.” After 45 minutes, a larger, older manager told me to “Calm down. It’s not that serious.” I owned and operated very successful restaurants for 14 years. Maybe I need to show up down there with a Gordon Ramsey attitude next time. (Yes, KFC Corp. will be involved.)

I was rushed through the drive through and told to hurry up because they were on timer. I had to remind the guy taking the order that I had to choose a side because he didn’t ask which side I wanted… because he was too busy rushing me. When I got to the window he asked to “hit the blunt” and my passenger told him it was a black. The lady came to the window being rude as well thinking we were the hold up… not knowing her co worker was begging for an imaginary blunt. ALL THIS FOR ALL OUR FOOD NOT TO BE IN OUR BAG! No spoons for the mash potatoes. No napkins. No anything. NOT EVEN THE DESSERT WE ORDERED while being rushed. And yes we were charged for it. The chicken was barely fried. If you can avoid this KFC… PLEASE DO!!!! These people will “what” you to death at the window. They have NO manners whatsoever!

5:30… Got two chicken sandwiches, some nuggets and fries. Fries were the only thing that was fresh, hot and actually good. The chicken tastes weird at this location, no idea what they’re using but I definitely don’t recommend it. No sauce, no napkins anywhere, no mayo, pickles were soggy? How are pickles soggy?? I understand the Google map rating for this location now.

I drove thru first thing thinking I would get fresh food and the picture is what I got. Hardly any chicken, it used to be covered a layer and I ordered a single of Cole slaw. It was half full and FRIEKING SOUR…Did you save it from yesterday’s throw out. KFC YOU ARE FAILING.

Sadly came here to get a 12 PC chicken strip meal and they don’t even give you what you pay for i had go back because they didn’t put all the food in my bag I wouldn’t recommend eating here it’s not worth the price they charge the chicken looks like nuggets wasn’t even enough to feed my family sadly we will not be coming back here.

I ordered a 6 piece special (3 white and dark)..I asked not to have thighs..anything else would do..I got 2 thighs, 3 legs and 1 wing..they will tell you anything to get you out. I called the store and explained what happened and MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME…I will call corporate.

My mom Ordered thru doordash tonight and we were supposed to have to have 2 mash potatoes, 2 gravy, chicken bucket, biscuits and 1 large macaroni and when we got the food the macaroni was missing. I dont understand how u get charged for something and they dont do their part. Very ignorant to get charged for food u didn’t receive

Me and my wife ordered via drive through the 8 piece original recipe meal. The service was excellent and so was the quality of the meal and sides !!!!
This KFC is the best !!! We also ordered in the past a 16 piece Original Bucket, Cole slaw , Mashed Potatoes with gravy and biscuits !!!! Outstanding service and delicious meals !!!! Special shout out to the Assistant Manager Demetria.
