Kentucky Fried Chicken is so yummy. I mean, I love Popeyes, but sometimes I crave the Colonel’s Original Recipe.
Today’s lunchtime visit went very smoothly. There was hardly a wait at all. The staff was friendly and were moving fast to stay ahead of the inevitable lunch rush.
My chicken was hot and juicy. They say finger licking good, but I wondered how many people have bitten their finger while enjoying this savory goodness.
The restaurant was tidy, the only issue I had was not enough napkins. They don’t have a dispenser and I didn’t want to bug the staff while they were cranking out orders. No big deal. I used my pants, now I will carry with me the enticing aroma of this delectable Southern staple for the rest of the day 😉

Disgusting food and service, will not return. Staff attitudes were the worst of all fast food restaurants on Garners Ferry. Over cooked, and super dry pot pie, soupy mashed potatoes with no gravy, 2 tablespoons of macaroni for $3, no dessert, very salty and weird tasting chicken! The biscuit was good lol but I threw the rest in the trash. If u complain u will maybe get a third of a refund and customer service doesn’t even speak with you about the situation, I spent $18.12 and got $5.61 returned along with 500 points… bad business, bad food, bad attitudes and bad service…save yourself the trouble and go to another location.

Doordashed hot and spicey combo with wedges and it was dried out. Ordered two extra ranch dips and got rhe notification that they was out when the driver was heading my way. They did not call to suggest with my doordasher for any other options. I work 12 hours and Fridays I doordash. Food was not cooked fresh and it tasted rubbery. I had to throw it away. Very disappointed. Food suppose to be fresh during lunch rush.

I had a great experience with this location. The staff was very respectful and handled my order with care. They showed excellent mannerism, were extremely polite on the phone, and addressed my issue with urgency and professionalism. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. Very very rude!! Customer service is terrible and makes you feel like you are imposing on them to do their job. Have plenty of staff working. I counted 9 employees. Asked how long for the door dash order and was rudely told it will be ready when it’s ready. Suppose to be ready by 3:04 and it’s now 3:16 and still waiting!

Worse experience ever at a KFC from a rude black older lady with raggedy braids. Accidently walked in on her standing at the sink in the bathroom. Proceeds to have an attitude after her negligence of not locking the door while she was in there, wanted to start an argument about being walked in on. States she’s not going to go back and forth with me after I had words for her too but still proceeded to show her unprofessionalism in the workplace in front of other employees and customers. Refused to take me and my son’s order, looking over us like we were not there but still having a back and forth argument. Asked for her name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag, which she did not give. Customer service is a dying skill in the work place, more so in fast food. And it shows when you have people, especially old people who should be setting the example in front of a young crew of employees, instead showing out for the attention of their colleagues. Kudos to you for a job well done of leading by example. And we wonder why this generation is so disconnected from hospitality. They have people like Esther from Sanford and son paving the way.

I was not able to get chicken at this KFC, because they refused to do all white meat on my order. I went to the KFC on Clemson and they did it with no problem.
The service on Garners Ferry is terrible!! Go to Clemson Road for KFC. They are much better and the food is fresher than the last time I got chicken at Garners Ferry.

Rude GM came up to my car at the mobile pick up without a greeting “what are you waiting on” when it hadn’t even been 30 seconds that I parked. Said we don’t bring mobile orders out even when there’s a sign that says mobile order pick up. Told her the last 3 years someone brings it out unless it’s busy. Then she argues with me and says I have been GM for 2 years and you come inside but we’ve been locking the door but the lobby is open today. Then she walks inside and shakes her head. If the GM attitude is like this towards customer then no wonder the team morale is down. As a hospitality major KFC please retrain your management to KFC standards so they can have great leaders for the crew. Also girl at the drive thru says cash only once you place your order. Unacceptable

I ordered on the app (if I hadn’t paid, this review would never have happened) and figured my order would be ready before I got there. After 30 minutes in line, I was told to pull up; another 15 passed, and STILL nothing. I parked in the drive through lane (my cat had just come from a pawdicure), and expressed my displeasure upon entering. About 10 minutes later, one of the three workers (yes, THREE at between 5 and 6pm on FRIDAY) asked me my name and casually said, “your order’s right here, just waiting on your drinks…” REALLY? And there wasn’t a manager on duty (go figure). It shall be a cold day in before I make this mistake again.
