BEEN SEVERAL YEARS(!) SINCE WE HAD KFC FOR SUPPER, NOT BECAUSE OF QUALITY OF THE FOOD, BUT THE DISTANCE TO GET THERE. BUT THE OTHER DAY I READ WHERE THEY WERE BRINGING BACK WEDGES FOR A LIMITED TIME. SO THIS MADE ME DECIDE TO GO GET SOME TAKE-OUT…WELL, GLAD I DID!!

WENT INSIDE AND COURTEOUS STAFF WERE GREAT, ANSWERED SEVERAL QUESTIONS, & WE FINALLY PLACED THE ORDER. THEY MADE SURE TO TELL ME AND SHOW ME AS THEY FILLED MY FOOD ITEMS, SIDES AND SAUCES THEY OFFERED TOO! DIDN’T TAKE BUT A FEW MINUTES, AND WE LOOKED AROUND THE RESTAURANT AT PHOTOS AND SUCH, GOOD MEMORIES & FUN TIMES OVER MANY YEARS!! EXTREMELY CLEAN AND FRIENDY ATMOSPHERE! WHEN OUR RATHER LARGE ORDER WAS READY, WE DEPARTED AND I SAID “BEEN TOO LONG, AND I’LL BE BACK SOON”!

WE GOT HOME AND DUG IN…EVERYTHING WAS DELISH AND PERFECTLY DONE TOO. X-LARGE BUCKET OF THIGHS & LEGS, CREAMY POTATOES, COLE SLAW, MAC & CHEESE, BEAUTIFULLY MADE BISCUITS, AND YES 2 ORDERS OF SCRUMPTIOUS POTATO WEDGES!!! (BETTER THAN ANYBODY’S FRIES!)
THAT WAS THURSDAY NIGHT AND WE HAVE JUST FINISHED EATING DINNER FOR SATURDAY NIGHT, AND STILL GONNA HAVE SOME MORE FOR LUNCH FOR SUNDAY AFTERNOON FOOTBALL!!!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH KFC ON WESTERN BLVD/J-VILLE, YOU GUYS ROCK AND I WILL DEFINITELY GET BACK TO YOU AGAIN-MUCH MORE FREQUENTLY!!!

Ordered wedges and honey bbq chicken on the app. Got the wrong meat order. And the wedges were not appealing at all. Only ate one bc they seemed like they’d been out for hours. Dry and gross.

Did a mobile app order and stated it would be ready in 20-30 minutes, so I waited 35 minutes just to be sure. It was not busy at all and took a while for someone to come assist me inside. I was told to have a seat and she would call me up when it was ready. Finally, was called up and I asked if this was everything in which she said “yes”. When I got home, I was missing most of my food. When we called the store they brushed us off and said there is nothing they can do. We live 45 minutes away from this store! Not happy at all. You had one job!

Jessica (the manager) lied and said my food was ready 3 times and it still wasn’t ready, what’s the point of lying to me when that’s just going to frustrate me more. Would never ever order from here again

KFC…KFC we order the KFC fried chicken(wings) Nashville Hot. Don’t do it!!!!! If you want flavored wings go to Zaxby’s!! Service was great. But these look nothing like the pictures that stuff at the bottom is grease and the wings were hard no meat to eat. Ended up throwing them in the trash
