I drove an hour when I found out this location had a buffet. Had not visited a KFC buffet in 25 years or more, glad I found one. Wish they would bring the buffet back to more locations. The staff was friendly, and the buffet was well stocked and hot! Was having doubts on the last few minutes of my drive, hoping it would be worth the drive, and it didn’t disappoint!

I went in there tonight and the lady at the drive-through was super sweet really made my night. I brought my dog and my bunny up there and she really enjoyed it. I love seeing people when they’re happy. Keep up the great work ladies.❤️

Building is always damp and humid inside. Visited today and the doors were wide open. Walk in and we told the lobby was closed, but no signs on doors or windows. Person taking orders at the register was cleaning up water from the floor and took out order and handed us our food without washing his hands. Potato wedges were barely warm and the breading on the tenders was pretty much flavorless and non existent. No one in the building seemed to want to be working. This location used to be the best around, but has gone downhill in recent years. Also, the food om the buffet bar was still out after the buffet was done for the day.

We love the KFC in Burgaw NC. Valeria, Anakin and T.T. are all so friendly and the food is so good. The restauratnt is really clean too.

The food is OK for the most part in the service is really fast mainly because it’s a lot of people coming in and out when it gets busy the service is barely there to be honest it wouldn’t be my first choice of fast food

Had the buffet it was great ,tasted great chicken and fixins were on point desert was great. The lady working the buffet was Felicia she is super nice and helpful and makes sure the buffet is stocked and clean . Thank you for the great meal and service

I stopped in just for the buffet. KFC was the best option in the area for an expressed home-cooked meal. The buffet had creamy mashed potatoes with their signature gravy seasoned collard greens, cheesy macaroni, green beans, lima beans and other side options. They even had grilled chicken and their delicious crispy and original world famous fried chicken.

Great buffet! I believe the buffet hours are 11am-3pm. We arrived at approximately 2:30 and the buffet still looked fresh and plentiful. Staff did not rush to shut it down at 3. They allowed customers ample time to indulge.
