Ordered thru the app and my order was ready on time. I meant to order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, but {my mistake} I did not. I added the Comeback Sauce, and it was very tasty. The location was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. A ton of cars using the drive-thru.

Most of the time these people get your order right. Today while I was waiting in line to order I decided to order the chicken sandwich combo special advertised just before you pull up to the speaker. It plainly advertises $7.99. So I continue to order. I was told it would be $9.00 and some few cents. I said wait I ordered the special you have advertised and she stood me down that it was $8.49 because that is the menu price and price inside. Then another person said that it was and they might as well called me a liar. I think it’s rather deceptive and falsely advertised prices. I just canceled but was really perturbed at the time wasted in this line. Don’t know when I will be back. Do better KFC

Ordered a Pot Pie Meal, sign says 7.49, cash register charges 7.69. Asked for the manager, the lady I spoke with said she was the shift person and they haven’t changed the price yet. She said she has gotten many complaints and the manager is off today. I suggested removing the huge sign with the price but she shrugged her shoulders. Customer service is lacking at this location. I understand it’s only 20 cents, but people work hard for their money.

I dont like to complain, I understand things happen. But I placed an order 1 hour prior to pickup scheduled for 6:15pm. When I walked in it was the first they heard of the order. Put me at the back of the line of people in the lobby. Continued to serve drive through and I was the last person served. It was a 16 piece bucket and I watched 50-60 pieces of chicken leave during the 45 MINUTES I had to wait.

KFC, KFC WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS KFC RENT MUST BE DO!! Because every time I come to this establishment my food is hot, fresh, and everything is in the bag! They do not skip a beat! I don’t care if you have to pull me up to the next line honey take your time!!! My favorite thing from KFC is the coleslaw and let me tell you they must have made that coleslaw right when I ordered it, it was so fresh! Now the biscuit!! It was like eating a cloud it was warm,buttery, and so pillowy!! Thank god for the new sauces too I will gladly pay .99 every time! The only negative I have is the fries were a little too salty for my taste and I wish the apple turnovers had an icing on them but other than that 10/10

This is by far the WORST KFC ! All the employees ignore the customers & give them attitudes . I don’t understand It’s called fast food and I still wait 20 min for things that were preordered. There’s not communication and they need to be retrained or fired . If you don’t like your job QUIT !

Great experience here. Excellent customer service. My order was delivered before I had time to get my drink. Incredible serve time. The Famous Bowl was one of the best ones I’ve had from any KFC. Plus the restaurant was well cleaned and maintained. Actually, the employee was cleaning the tables as I was leaving. Something you don’t see very often at restaurants now that customers are expected to bus their own table. I would highly recommend this KFC.

Everything was great. Not many people around so it started out great. I don’t know if they are aware of this. But a homeless man went up to a family and talked to them. Then he came up to me and wanted money. I didn’t have cash. But the same person went up to my friend and she was thinking he was dangerous. Till I told her what he did inside. So she said he was harmless.
