Why do they have signs up on 7/29 for something that doesn’t start until 8/15? This establishment also has some of the most incompetent employees & management! If y’all see these signs hanging before 8/15 y’all need to call their corporate office. While there I had them call their GM who informed them the sign should not be up yet & for them to remove it.

When I went into the KFC in Dunn, today as I approached the register the woman said take out or eat in. I said I need to ask you a question first please. The woman got louder and said I ask if you want take out or eat in. I tried to ask her about the item I was interested in and she really got loud. I finally said take out and ask if they were doing the grilled chicken again and how did it come she said very loud you want breast, wing, leg whatever. I just got a breast. She was then hollering about who was suppose to relieve her. Also you need to have someone that is working the register that is not missing front teeth and that has good or something on them. I felt like I was going to be sick looking at them. If the chicken had been good and the person waiting on me had been pleasant I was going to place a order for around 20 people but after that I went to Smithfield BBQ and ordered the other big order. Also there was a girl with long finger nails that work there using her long finger nails to pick something out of the food on the buffet. No gloves just using her bare figure nails to pick good that had fell in one of the trays of food!! I will not be going back.there again nor referr this place.

It’s a hit or miss here. Sometimes you can get excellent customer service or hot and fresh food. Never both. I ordered the Mac and cheese bowl combo and only got the Mac and cheese and a drink. When I asked where’s the fries the response was I wasn’t sure what you wanted. So my response was why didn’t you ask when I said I wanted the combo. Well I tried to pay the difference for the fries and she was like you’re holding up my line. Needless to say I left without the fries and highly upset. Your cashiers need to be retrained on customer hospitality and to never assume anything especially if they are unsure on what the guest wants. Then on top of it all the chicken on the bowl was far from fresh.

Very pitiful excuse of Buffet, ask for manager to get more chicken put out, instead of Manager young lady comes out with attitude asking what i needed, just simply told her the buffet needed attention. Time before i went to this location had a gentleman come out and gets everyone’s attention just to say he is the General Manager if any problems let him know. Very Very unprofessional if you are the General Manager pretty sure you dont have to announce it.

We ate from the buffet SO GLAD to see the buffet again!!!! The chicken was excellent, and most of the sides were scrumptious too. Some of the veggies had been warning too long, so the texture of the mashed potatoes, macaroni, and limas was a bit dry and gummy. But we are our fill and enjoyed the meal. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive.
