Rhett gave outstanding customer service to my son and I. Great experience and we drove 15 minutes to get here as it was the closest location. I highly recommend. Rhett stepped up as another lady stepped away as we needed more time to order and said let me know when you are ready. Definitely not the expectations I had walking in but it was so well done I am writing this in the parking lot as this young man greatly exceeded my expectations..Update…. upon arrival at home the order was wrong. It just goes to show you in a customer service world all the pieces and parts that take up the whole customer experience. If one does something wrong they can screw up the whole experience.

Male manager was yelling at a female on the line, very unprofessional. It appeared the young man on the dine in register was new and being trained by the manager, in between him running the drive thru window. He finally handed our food without the beverage bucket, when he finally recalled the order we were then notified of the discontinued item, even though we were able to order it from the app for the location. He offered 2 large drinks instead. The food was ok, the female was even assisting handing dine in guests their orders while apparently keeping up the food for drive thru orders as well. Lobby could have been cleaner, no wonder this restaurant does not seem as visited as surrounding establishments.

I am honestly veryyyy upset. I came into the drive thru today and I ordered a 12pc chicken nugget combo. There is two serious issues. My chicken nuggets wasn’t cooked all the way through and My fries were EXTREMELY SALTY!!! I know they picked up these fries from the bottom and didn’t make fresh ones. This is ridiculous. These fries can kill someone in a heart beat. Trust me I like salt… but this amount of salt on fries is just outrageous. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER LEAVE THIS LOCATION WITHOUT CHECKING MY FRIES. My fries are literally salt sticks… like if I could give 0 stars I would.

Food was bad on original order but manager and assistant manager were super helpful and friendly about getting it fixed for me. The food was great the second go around and was very happy about how they handled the situation. They were super busy that day with little staff and still took the time to make things right and not make it seem like it was troublesome for them to do so. Good experience over all and will dine again. Sometimes places have bad days … We all do.

The chicken skin was dark like it had been re-fried in old oil. Wasn’t the original crispy chicken we were used to. The meat had a bad smell and taste. Wasted $50 this last trip. And the time before less than desired.

I had gone to KFC to get dinner for my wife and granddaughter, my wife said the chicken livers were the best she had had in a wry long time, moist tender with the right amount of seasonings. I am on my way to work the following morning and realize I was missing my wallet. I called KFC and sure enough I had left it there. I feel blessed to know there are still good people and places in this world. Thank you KFC!!!!

I always come to this KFC because there always friendly and the food is fresh but there’s always the one person that has to be rude and ruined everything I went through drive to and ask if they have white meat and the person taking the order mimic me back I was going to say something but I dint I left instead because I wasn’t going to low myself like this trashy rude person that mimic me why the rudeness then they say customers are rude no is not true not every customer is rude you are rude gethow looking for fait with the customer because if I would been someone else that wouldn’t take that would of start a fight. Is free to be nice and respectful.
