Stopped along my route during a trip. Easily ordered and paid online. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Awesome smiles. My meal was ready as estimated. Restroom was very clean. I gave a 4 rating for food only due to my 5 piece nuggets being mych too salty. My 4 piece original meal was ideal.

I placed an order in the drive through. When I pick up my order it was not what I had placed… I drove back to the drive through to let someone know that my order was incorrect. The lady who took the order asked me to pull around to the window. When I arrived at the window she then asked me to come inside. I explained to her that I did not have the time to come inside. Her eyes grew larger and she gave me an annoying… look grabbing the bag and walking away. Then a man appeared. I explained to him the situation and he said “ I will fix it for you”. When I receiver the new order it still was incorrect… I just took the order and left thinking maybe that is the best they can do ☹️

Being craving some chicken liver for a few week. I had to come through and see how KFC chicken taste. They were fried perfect and taste really good. It wasn’t not dry at all. Not bad! I got a 12cpc with a biscuit for $6.94 that’s tax including too. It was not displayed on the menu so I had to ask the lady in drive thru. I guess she was not to happy but I drove a good little way to taste them.

Placed an online order and ended up waiting almost an hour to get my food. That’s unacceptable, especially for a fast food place.
When I asked about the delay, the employee I spoke to named YANNA was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care. No apology, no explanation — just attitude.

Absolutely unacceptable service.
Every single time (for years) we go to this KFC it’s the same issues: rude employees, incorrect orders, or they’re somehow out of chicken. Tonight was the final straw.
We placed a delivery order at 9:00 PM through the KFC website. At 9:45 PM, we received a message saying they had no chicken and were “about to close” — even though their posted closing time is 11:00 PM. They still took our $50, stopped answering the phone, and offered no solution or refund.
If you’re out of food, close your online ordering. If you’re closing early, update your hours. Taking customers’ money and then refusing service is unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and order literally anywhere else.

Staff working today were exceptional! Drove over to KFC today because Mom wanted fried chicken livers. She’s 80 years old. We really appreciate KFC cooking them for her. It did take about twenty minutes for them livers to be thawed then fried. I understand. I enjoyed the chicken nuggets. They were so good! Each employee was so thoughtful and exceeded our expectations! Tea was great. I want to go back soon to try that lemon dessert. A treat is in my near future! We have been enjoying KFC for over 55 years in nearby areas. We appreciate these memories!

I’m so pissed off. My husband got us dinner. His crispy 3 piece chicken was fresh hot out the grease. My original 3 piece meal was old taste nasty, and hard. I called to get a refund for my portion not to refund the whole check just for my 3 piece original meal they said they can’t refund a partial meal….are you kidding me right now? This is observed!!!!!

Came tonight for the wedges, was unfortunately told they we’re out. No big deal, proceeded to order food, a kids meal & 3 piece combo with 2 legs & thigh. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait on chicken nuggets for a kids meal. Happily waited as my son would have fresh food. After paying i was asked to pull forward even tho no one else was in the drive thru but of course, done so. 14 minutes went by before someone came out to deliver the food. I of course checked & seen 2 thighs & 1 leg. I went to the door the lady just came out of to bring the food & it was locked. I knocked plenty of times, looking at a worker who was presumably off the clock but didn’t even bother to look up. I then had to WALK in the drive thru to let them know the situation & she said yeah because our dining room is closed. I told her I had been waiting 15 minutes for my order & just wanted it fixed to take the thigh back. She came back and said they added an extra leg and to keep the rest. I get home AND SEE THEY TOOK THE THIGH AND DIDNT REPLACE IT WITH ANYTHING!!! LET ALONE LEAVE IT & ADD A LEG. Ordered a 3 piece combo and left with a 2 piece
