I ordered two kfc bowls, wanted large sweet teas was told they were out of large cups. Also ordered a 2 piece meal with a sweet tea. Get to the window they tell me they only had enough tea for one drink. Settle for one tea and two other drinks. Get home and the leg in my two piece meal was small, Mac n cheese was filled half way. The chicken in my bowls was clearly old and they tasted burned somehow.
Edit: I called the manager after leaving this review. She was very rude. Told me she can’t help that the company doesn’t have the cups and that he could have offered me two drinks instead of one large (ok so how is that my fault, and even so they didn’t have enough tea to make one) then when repeating my issues back told me I “felt like” the chicken was burned and old. I worked fast food for MANY years, I know when chicken had been sitting a while. She asked if I could come back tonight and I said no ( I have been working for 12 hours and just wanted to sit down and eat an easy meal) she told me if I can’t come tomorrow they won’t be able to fix it for me after that. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Save your money, maybe they will close the place down.
Update: after talking to corporate they sent me a $5 voucher!! Lmao my order was over $30!!

I live in Charlotte and was in Albemarle visiting family and wanted chicken livers.
The person who answered the call told me that they indeed had chicken livers.
When I arrived I asked the drive through attendant if I could order the chicken livers. I heard a female voice yel

QA is a thing of the past! I watched the lady behind the counter use an ice cream scoop to scoop the Mac and cheese into a container. A noodle fell onto the table she was working on and she puts the noodle in the palm of her hand and leaves it there while she finishes working and then throws the noodle back into the container with the rest of the Mac and cheese for yall to eat! After witnessing that, I watched the girl who was putting my order in the bag drop my chicken pot pie in the ground, pick it up and put it the bag…as if I didn’t see that, and she looked at me! Until I opened my mouth! This was today 05/24/2025 KFC in Albemarle, NC. Needless to say, the chicken pot pie they replaced it with….is the one in the picture. Yall enjoy that KFC though!

Highly disappointed with KFC. We ordered a original and spicy chicken sandwich. Whe were asked if we wanted pickles on them, which they come with. The original had no mayonnaise on it and the spicy only had a small dot of sauce on it. KFC Albemarle needs better employees.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would! Stopped by on our way home from the beach and wish we had chosen elsewhere. Ordered meals and wasn’t told they were out of biscuits; wasn’t even offered anything as a substitute. Only found out when my MIL sat down and opened her box, noticed, and went up to claim her missing biscuit that they told us they didn’t have any. She’d also ordered a Pepsi; was self serve so they gave her the cup, but failed to mention they were out of Pepsi too. We ate and as we were headed out, she asked to speak to a manager to mention the issues, but the manager was so defensive, she wouldn’t even offer anything resembling an apology, let alone offer anything to make up for the missing part of our meals we had paid for! To top it off, this sign was outside – if you were stopping by on account of getting this deal, you’d be sorely disappointed!!! What an absolute mess of a franchise.

Came in to order my lunch before work it took almost 15 minutes before I got my food which was confused with another order. I was charged extra for A breast but it was supposed to be mixed chicken my cole slaw was dry! I asked for some juice and was told they don’t have any.
