Absolutely garbage. We came to the area for a competition and decided to come here. It was a joke. The lady at the register was extremely rude making fun of the man information is in front of him. Then mess up the entire order. Chicken was obviously just sitting there and forgot the other half of the order. And how does KFC not have chicken tenders? Absolute joke. Witnessed the lady take the wrong order then she tried to blame it on the man that ordered when he ordered what he wanted. She just took down double order and blamed him. And ofc the biscuits still have the dough in it because it’s not cooked all the way but the chicken tasted like it was stale and sat there for hours. Absolute joke.

Got that 4 pc deal plus 1 added meal on today a wore that chicken out! Do you get my drift? It was finger linking good. Hot off the grill or cooking, you decide , chicken was fresh, French fries hot! Woooodoggie ! Service was challenging because the chicken had to be cooked, but didn’t stop the Associate from being on Par. She juggle the clients around with poised, serving everyone on time. She should be given the award of the year for a job well done. 5 Stars I’m given for outstanding service during a most stressful period of the day, lunch time. . Waited in the drive thru for more than 20 min for a chicken sandwich and fries. The person at the window was very unapologetic and had a attitude when I asked for the napkins and a straw. NEVER AGAIN!

The chicken gizzards are everything! Hot and has that great KFC flavor. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but the manager offered me a drink and a dessert. Thumbs up customer service.

I been coming here for years since I was little and I have never and I mean never met someone so rude that worked here, I walked in and the lady have a attitude before I walked in and was arguing with a group in front, when I get up there she was still rude and complaining about wanting to go home, then I ordered a $9 box on Taco Bell side and a few things with chicken, so I ask if she can switch it and she got a hair up her nose and said with attitude “I can’t do that” when they do it all the time but whatever and then i wanted to get a chicken sandwich from the kfc side and instead of explaining nicely that they don’t have the type of chicken they use the lady yelled “no I can’t do that” and I was nice until that point but that was rude so I paid for what I already had up there and left and the there kfc side was down and there was no sign to let anyone know

I went to the drive thru and the girl got my order mixed up to the point I was a little irritated and had to wait 20 minutes just to get my food and when she brings my order out, no thank you or apologies for the attitude. Stay away from this place. They always get the order wrong or something is missing

The WORST customer service in Louisburg. They charged me for several things “included” with the meals that I never recieved. Completely forgot half of my order (overcharged for only one order) when I tried to dispute it I got attitude from all but one employee. Yelling, bad attitude, and waste of money and time. Next time I might as well just go to mcdonalds.

At 1:30 I went through the drive through and had to pull to the side of the parking lot. At 2:00 the 8 piece bucket arrived. No napkins. No hot sauce like I asked for. But the chicken was good. Poor management!
