The service was excellent, but I was disappointed with the appearance of the chicken. It looked very dark, almost like the fryer oil hadn’t been cleaned recently. A few other customers also commented on it. Since it was original chicken, I didn’t expect it to look crispy or burnt. Also ice machine wasn’t working

We dined in for lunch and when we walked in the floors were filthy and the seating wasn’t any better…decided to just get our food and eat in the car. We were greeted by a sweet older gentleman, he was super nice and took our order. Grabbed the food, checked it and it wasn’t what we ordered. I went back to the front to let them know and he apologized and went back to tell the other workers and you could just tell that there were bad attitudes and whispers. Super disrespectful, so I was like okay cool whatever.
For a second time I checked and STILL wasn’t what was ordered. At this point I was frustrated so my partner decided to go back up there and tell them it was wrong again. I went to the car and they returned with the food that was missing. We definitely won’t be back but it’s like..you’re the one working in an establishment where you have to interact with customers. Everyone has bad days but it was just not a great atmosphere. If you go after reading this…be cautious.

Meh. Bathroom was gross. Dining room wasn’t much better. Trash cans were full, floor was dirty, no straws or napkins out. Used a gift card when purchasing a to go order at the counter. Employee took it, it was less than my total meaning no remaining balance, so I folded it & tossed it in the trash. Employee accidentally backed out of the tender screen when I went to pay the balance on my debit card, which made the money paid on the gift card disappear. Had to retrieve gift card from trash & spent 15mins trying to get it to re-swipe because of the crease in the card. The manager was ZERO help, told us we had to either pay the entire amount or contact the website regarding the gift card balance. The poor cashier felt awful and continued to swipe the card, and eventually tried entering the number manually, even though the manager said it wouldn’t work & wasn’t even an option. Low and behold, it worked. The manager wasn’t supportive to the cashier, wasn’t helpful to us as customers, the food was ok, the cashier saved the day, the restaurant dining room & bathroom were gross. 3*s only because of the cashier.

I went through the drive thru and the person was not friendly at all. When I got to the window I saw the person who took my order and was preparing my food, he had his pants Hanging below his buttocks, which is very unprofessional. The manager on duty was very nice, but the chicken was overcooked. It did have the KFC seasoning and flavor that I remember from times past.

Food was a expected and what we ordered. Service was exceptionally RUDE and from the supervisor! The cashier that took our order has to ask her a question that we had asked and she stormed up front pushed few buttons and stormed away. No way to interact with your employees or in front of guests. I think we’ve come too experience these types of interactions nowadays, which is unfortunate. The atmosphere is cold and boring. The person cleaning you the dining area was surely on a one-speed mode, looking close to slow motion. To bad. Fast food are just that, get your food fast, forget the communication. Too bad.

Don’t eat here whatsoever. Avoid at all costs, store inside was atrocious, complete health violation in there. Employees were very rude and unprofessional. Gave us attitude for coming back because THEY forgot something. Plus bathroom looked like a biohazard.

I’m really upset — we had to throw away their chicken because it tasted nasty, old, and was even ice-cold. I was starving and looking forward to eating, but I ended up so disappointed. I’ve been trying to contact them to report it and return it, but no one is answering. I’m furious that we spent so much money just to get something that tastes awful.

I dont have nothing good to say about this store because every time I come up here for a doordash they either take to long or they out of something this store is one of the worst places in sanford and the choice of gm even worse and when I tell her the name im picking up for ya after the 3rd time im gonna get shitty they cant even get their shit together here. And the longer I sit here waiting for an order the more it takes up my time and the more money I lose this is why I either unassign or decline the run its got to be worth my time to even deal with this place.
