Came here for a 16 pc family meal. I only received 10 pc of chicken and only received 2 of my sides. This is the second time I haven’t received my Mac n cheese. If you don’t have that side fixed just say so instead of ripping people off! Every time I come to this KFC, there’s always a long wait even in the drive-thru. Isn’t the whole point of a drive-thru to be fast and convenient? Clearly not at this location. The service is consistently slow, and it’s become extremely frustrating. I’m tired of wasting time waiting for food every single visit. I don’t go to KFC often because you can never tell how the food is going to be. I previously reviewed as one to two stars. I just left from there from drive-thru. The lady checking my order was a sweet young girl who was very informative and nice. My fries weren’t great but they were okay, my famous bowls were fresh and good. Maybe they’ve made some changes with staff? Not sure but definitely a more pleasurable experience this time than I have had previous. Keep it up KFC!
